  • Relaxing getaway!

"We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this very cozy condo! Has all the amenities you could ask for including an amazing HD TV, comfy seating with several recliners, and even a BBQ on the patio. From every room and the patio in the back there is a beautiful view of the golf course and one of the lakes. Very peaceful and quiet. Super close to anything you might need (groceries, CVS, Starbucks). We had the pool all to ourselves! Fully equipped kitchen to stay in and cook/eat, but close to restaurants if you decide to go out. Owner is so great to work with and super accommodating!"

  • Palm Springs get away

"We had the fortunate pleasure of a last minute get away to the Palm Springs area. We absolutely loved this home, very friendly layout, spacious great room and open kitchen. We ate in for breakfast and lunch and the beautiful kitchen was well equipped, there was a bar-B-Q available on the patio as well. The two master bedrooms were beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and lovely on suite bathrooms. The view from the upstairs balcony overlooked the Cimarron Golf Course and the city of Palm Springs. The backyard pool was fabulous on the 90 degree days, and the hot tub was great as the evenings cooled down. There was a larger pool for this gated community just across the street from the house. This neighborhood is quite and well maintained. We enjoyed morning walks around the path circling the golf course and walks to Starbucks. We took a day and drove into Disneyland, our first visit in 20 years and less then 2 hours from the house. We enjoyed hiking at the top of the tram and attended the Thursday night open market in downtown Palm Springs that showcases many local artists and offers many fresh fruits and produce. We shopped El Paseo and drove through interesting neighborhoods where many homes have been restored to the original mid-century modern architecture....and we ate! The early evening dinner on the Tommy Bahama open patio was a lovely first vacation meal, live music, cool breezes and great food. During the week we also visited the Cliff House, Lavender Bistro, Trio and several others. We can't wait to go again and would highly recommend this property."

  • Wonderful Condo, Beautiful Grounds

"We stayed at Mark's Canyon shores condo for the month of Feb. I knew as soon as I walked in that it was going to be great. The condo is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with every gadget you might need. The grounds are stunning. We loved walking the perimeter of the gated neighborhood every morning, lounging by the pool, bike riding to Palm Springs and sitting on the balcony enjoying a margarita while watching the ducks in the beautiful ponds. There are so many fun things to do in the area that we could not get it all done in a month....have to go back next year!!! Mark was remarkable to work with...we were very last minute on our reservation but he made sure we did not stress about it. His words were "go have fun in the sun" and that what we did!! Thank you Mark...can't wait to go back."

  • Spectacular

"Me and some boys from Canada stayed here this past winter on a week long golf get away. The house and yard with its pool were fantastic and were just what we were looking for after a day on the golf course. Mechelle, the property manager was very responsive to our needs if we did need something. The only suggestion I would have would be to get a more comfortable couch in the tv area as the one there is kinda old and broken down. Otherwise I would recommend it highly!"
