  • Third Time There

"Hard to improve on this spacious and well appointed home. Very comfortable, clean and with all comforts one could hope for in a rental unit. Lovely patio by a stream, steps from the pool and lovely landscaping to admire. And location is a plus as well, close to Hwy 111, restaurants, stores, theatres and other amenities. Looking forward to the next visit!"

  • Fabulous Location - Perfect Home for 2 couples!

"This was a "best friends" get away and we could not be happier with our trip to Palm Desert! We traded in the Northwest rain for 85 degrees and sunshine during our entire stay. The location of this home is PERFECT! Close to everything, golf, groceries, gas and walking distance to El Paseo! The house was exactly as it was shown in the photos and exceptionally well equipped. The beds and the whole house were so comfy. We felt as though we were in our own home. The owners checked in to make sure everything was OK when we arrived. They were also incredibly responsive with any question we had. Thank you for one of the all time BEST get-away's. Lisa & Todd, Susan & Carey"

  • A Magical Place

"We absolutely loved our stay and this neighborhood. The neighborhood is very quiet, and upon my researching it ahead of our stay, I read somewhere, that the neighborhood, Vista Las Palmas, is considered by some to be THE preeminent midcentury neighborhood in the entire world. This seemed very believable. I have an indelible memory of going out early one morning for a coffee run. The sky was pink, and that pink hue was all over the mountains and as I looked down the street at the beautiful neighboring homes and street scape it everything there had that pink hue too and, again, it was dead quiet. It was a stunning and unique experience. So, I'm a big fan of the neighborhood. The house is a classic midcentury beaut. It's very simple and minimalist style on the inside accompanied the user friendliness of the house well. Don, the owner, beyond being a very kind and very easy to deal with counterpart, seems to have thought of every detail, so everything is super easy and super intuitive. For example, there are a lot of outside lights which make the pool scene amazing at night, with fountains and a fire pit - all easy flicks of the switch. The home is an easy walk to my favorite coffee shop there, Koffi; my favorite breakfast place, Cheeky's; and my favorite lunch place, Jake's which are all on the main Downtown strip. For even quicker access, the home has a bike closet. I plan to visit this home again on a regular basis and highly recommend it."
