  • Beautiful oasis in the desert!

"This place is a gem. The home is well appointed with everything you'll need for cooking and relaxing. There are many wonderful books on a wide variety of topics, unique and interesting art, comfortable beds and special outdoor rooms positioned for shade or viewing the moon and stars. The landscaping is a highlight. A large rose garden provides fresh flowers, wisteria and jasmine tumble over the verandas, and the strategic positioning of desert plants is just spectacular. Oh, and there's a pool and hot tub. I could stay and stay and stay. Plan on at least 3 days, more if you can swing it. You won't regret it."

  • Nice retreat in the desert

"I was so pleased with our stay at the Ninja Ranch and so were my friends. The house is very well thought out and has everything you would need. It is within close proximity to Joshua Tree National Park and local stores and restaurants. The place was relaxing and so nice to come back to after our day hikes. Chaz, the owner, was very accommodating from check in to check out and easy to reach. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the area."

  • Love, love, love this place!

"This property is my absolutely favorite. It's easy to get to get to from LA. The property is super well maintained and it's decorated perfectly. I've been here three times and can't wait to get back!"

  • Rancho Mojave, Home for the Soul, Joshua Tree, California

"Kathy M. Los Angeles, CA 8/16/2016 Had a lovely long weekend at the Casita - the right blend of remote but not isolated. The property is charming and the desert is serene and relaxing. We had a weekend of meteor showers (one of the reasons we came). Wildlife (quails, jackrabbits) abound. The nearby Joshua Tree National Park is magnificent. Good place to refresh and renew. We enjoyed our stay!"
