    "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great location, beautiful site, and it was a quiet experience that my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed. The closet and drawers had miscellaneous items that seemed like cluttered items that could be thrown away, the patio needed to be swept and cleared of spider webs before we sat on the chairs, and the AC intake vents need to be cleaned... but to us those were not deal breakers, just inconveniences that we made do with since we were only there 2 nights... We loved the grounds, the pool, the cabanas, the mountain views... we would stay here again."

  • Excellent place to stay in La Quinta

    "I stayed here with a group of women and the villa was perfect for our stay. Very well appointed and maintained. Location in the area is convenient to stores, the Polo grounds, restaurants, etc. Nice to be able to walk next door to La Quinta Resort. The location within the resort, is a corner unit, is close to the pool making for easy access and walking within the complex. There was plenty of space and privacy for all in our group. I highly recommend this rental and will stay here again."

  • Very nice, location fantastic, great rental. Exit policies give the experience a bit of a downer

    "The unit is great. Space ample. Beds soft. Check in very easy with the combination door lock, and Ray and the management communication was sufficient. However, the list of to-do's upon leaving the unit made the experience seem "mickey mouse" and really left me with a negative taste in my mouth. We had an early tee time to get to and had just paid a pretty good rate for two nights in a condo. The unit was clean, but the instructions were to: 1. empty the trash 2. pull the sheets off the beds 3. start the laundry 4. turn off thermostats. So you're telling me I just paid for a luxury unit, and I'm also paying for a cleaning fee... but you want me to do the laundry? And take out the trash? Seems a bit trivial and less than the first class experience otherwise. Let me be clear: The unit is GREAT and the stay was fantastic. The exit policy, however, needs to be revamped so you treat ME like the valued customer... not vice versa."
