  • Tennis anyone!?!? A fantastic desert getaway!

"A great condo with terrific south facing views! The condo itself has a very nice floorplan, is well appointed with all the comforts of home plus it's very clean. The owners (Cory & Neal) are easy to deal with. They are prompt to respond to any questions you might have during your stay! Try the Palm Desert Tennis Camp which is located within the resort itself. The staff at the tennis facility are second to none plus the people you meet at the tennis mixer are super friendly! Wish I could have stayed longer. Oh almost forgot the salt water pool and Jacuzzi are a few short steps away from this condo. Thanks again to the hosts/owners (Cory & Neal)... I can't wait to get back!!! Thomas P."

  • Superb condo at a good price!

"George was a gem to work with, very responsive and accommodating. The 2-bedroom, very spacious condo has just been remodeled, and it is a beautiful, high-quality remodel: beautiful floors, tiling, 2 bathrooms, nice size kitchen with new appliances, fireplace, and enclosed 1- car garage. Just prior to our visit George purchased a very nice patio table and 6-chair set. We visited the first week of January, and the afternoons were warm enough for us to sit outside in the sun in our summer clothes and soak up the rays. It is in a gated community with a large number of 1-story condos spread nicely over many acres. The area of this condo is composed of all townhouse style condos with only 2 condos joined together. Security personnel monitor incoming/outgoing people 24 hours a day, and also patrol the streets and pool areas several times a day. We felt very safe. There is a golf course, but water and sun are what we thrive on. There are 20+ pools with hot tubs adjacent spread throughout the community, and one of them is just steps away from the condo patio. We were in the hot tub every evening, and slept the better for it. The swim pool sign says it is heated to 80 – 84 degrees. It was a tad cool in January for us to want to be in it, but there were others who enjoyed spending time in it. The entire complex was very quiet both day and night. We never had a problem with noise coming from other units or the pool area. Shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants are within easy driving distance. We highly recommend this condo, and will seek it out if we spend additional time in Palm Desert."

  • Nice little home

"We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and clean and well equipped. It has an open area living, dining and kitchen. The pool and spa were nice as well. The bathrooms were small but adequate. We may not choose the again next year but only because there is some street noise at night in the master bedroom."

  • Perfect getaway in the desert !

"My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this house for the weekend and made long lasting memories here. The natural lighting that came in through the large windows and skylight was great. The neighborhood was also very peaceful, friendly, and quiet. Upon our arrival, the neighbor next door introduced himseld and offered any help if we needed it. I loved having my morning coffee on the patio with a nice view of the golf course. The wall mirrors were a nice perk, as my friends and I loved dancing in front of them while getting ready to leave for Coachella. If I were to come back to Palm Desert, I would definitely want to stay at this place again."
