  • Gorgeous Mountain View, Incredible Pool Area

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the Spanish Estate along with the Cuckoo's Nest and The Alan Ladd Estate for our wedding this March to house our bridal party and out of town family. The Spanish Estate was where the groomsmen and dates stayed and also served as the location for our "Welcome Pool Party" and BBQ for out of town family. The view from the front yard of this house is incredible, each bedroom has personality and is beyond gorgeous. From start to finish with payment information through James and property details and check-in with Kenny, they went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect for our wedding weekend. The rental process was seamless and the location of the house perfectly situated to downtown. HIGHLY recommend this company and their absolutely amazing properties."

  • Mid Winter Break

"This is a great property and we enjoyed our 7 day break away from the rainy Pacific Northwest. The weather was 75-85 degrees and sunny with two windy days, just right. The property is great. The pool and adjoining spa, Lemmon and Grapefruit trees, gas fire pit and grill made this a perfect VRBO. The house is nice and you have a view of the mountains from almost every room. The backyard is sheltered by 6-15ft hedges so you could spend the whole day in your birthday suit if you wanted. The yard and pool area are immaculate with Hummingbirds zooming all around. There are a few items you need to be aware of. There are 5 neighbors within 200ft. One neighbor has a 14 year old dog (Brodie) that barks at you whenever you're outside, not incessantly but often. His elderly owner has the T.V. on and audible until very late. On the other side there are a couple little dogs that barked a couple times until the other neighbor screamed expletives at them. These aren't horrible things but you should know. The pool guy (Jose) is great, I get the feeling he gets Christmas cards from the owner or he should because he tends to the pool Thursdays and Mondays. He keeps the whole place looking great and makes notes of what the gardeners need to do better. This guy is a VRBO owners dream. The yard staff shows up on Fridays. The house, like any, has its quirks. Spend time looking through everything, you'll find most needed items this way and figure out the lights so you can enjoy the very cool ambience. Also get to know the poll/spa remote in detail, you'll be glad you understand that thing front and back. I gave this VRBO 5 stars because you can't give 4.7 and it doesn't deserve a 4. You are 10 minutes from everywhere, airport, grocery, restaurants, etc. We ate out all but two nights, highly recommend Sammy G's, La Vallauras, and Bill's Pizza (call one hour before you want to pick up your pizza). We also took the Palm Springs Tram to the top of the mountain, great views but read the reviews before planning a trip there. We golfed Indian Canyons South Course, it was great. This VRBO is high on our list of places to come back to, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did."

  • Great 40th Birthday Pad

"I hosted my 40th birthday here and it was amazing for our group of eight. Privacy is amazing for all four bedrooms and especially the guest/pool house which is it's own private sanctuary! The house flows well and is centered around the pool and outdoor areas. The outdoor grill was excellent size for several tri tip and burgers. Although this house is only a couple blocks from the cool downtown PS restaurants, we used the kitchen for almost every meal. With updated appliances this kitchen was more than adequately stacked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. Our favorite part was the pool which had a shallow area for laying in the water under an umbrella. This place is amazing! I'm hoping to bring my parents out for the holidays!"

  • Wonderful Weekend

"A group of us had a fabulous weekend at this house. The property is very impressive, the pool and hot tub are wonderful, pool definitely very cool in March but I knew that would be the case and we could have paid to have it heated and didn't. It makes the hot tub feel even better. There is plenty of space for a large group in the living/dining room and kitchen and overall we were very happy with the house. We cooked and barbequed and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The only issue we had was having just 1 paper towel roll and 1 bin liner for the weekend so an extra trip to the store was made. I would highly recommend to the owners/property managers to stock more of both of these items. Apart from that all was V. good."
