  • Stellar rental

"What I love best about this immaculately maintained 3 bdr unit is that it is so convenient to so many things; adjacent to parking; 20 or so steps to a pristine laundry; a short walk to the grocery store, bank and drugstore; a less than 10 minute drive to the airport. The owner left a number of brochures and maps which proved to be helpful too. Sitting out on the spacious patio is a bird lovers delight, especially because of the humming birds. The unit itself is very roomy, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and quite beautiful, and hold 2 jacuzzis, 2 large pools and 1 smaller pool. Residents and renters alike we're welcoming, and, I was delighted to also meet some of their furry pets. Being that the patio is on the street side, it can be quithe noisy with traffic, but conveniences more than make up for this. Already I am looking forward to renting again next year!"

  • Great Location, Stunning View, & Private

"The backyard is perfect! A view of the mountains, beautiful palm trees, and the heated POOL/SPA was made for relaxing. Although we had neighbors on all sides of us, it was still very private as the entire house was surrounded with a privacy wall and plenty of greenery. The neighborhood is quiet and made for a serene setting. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and the lovely strip of Palm Springs. It was also very easy to access main roads for day trips to Joshua Tree and the Empire Polo Club for Desert Trip music festival (Also the home of Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals). The homeowner Ray is ready to answer any questions you may have and was quick to return our deposit once our stay was over. Overall an unforgettable vacation and we would not hesitate to stay here again! TIP: Go watch the sunrise or sunset, or both in Joshua Tree if you can make the time. If not, the sunrise is still pretty awesome from the rental home."

  • Parents of two, grandparents of two=Family of seven

"We have just spent three idyllic weeks at this five star rental. Our family of seven met here for Christmas and New Years. The home and yard and all amenities were just perfect for us all, aged 9 to72 years. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and well maintained and heated to exactly the temperature we had prearranged for. The basketball hoop on the pool edge was beyond perfect for an 11 year old who spent countless hours jumping, dunking, fading away. The kitchen was absolutely fully equipped with excellent quality stainless steel cookware, and plenty of it, plus all manner of cooking and baking supplies. The appliances are top notch, all in great working order, easy to operate and to keep clean. The gas range is a dream. All rooms were as shown in the pictures so did not disappoint anyone. The state of the art washer and dryer were a treat to use. The entire house has loads of storage in each and every room. The dining table being adjacent to the full wall of windows and glass doors overlooking the pool is a stroke of genius! What a truly beautiful setting to enjoy our meals in. With unusually cold weather this December, we so enjoyed and appreciated the cosy gas fireplace. We would return here in a heart beat! There was plenty of room to all be together and to be apart as need be."
