  • Perfect House/Location

"My boyfriend and dogs spent Labor Day weekend at this lovely home. We had a couple of snafus upon arrival but they were resolved very quickly. No rental is ever perfect so it's important to keep that in mind as well as how an issue gets resolved. The property manager, Luis, was extremely helpful and attentive. Prior to my arrival, Philippa, reached out and gave me perfect instructions with how to access the house. She was responsive and very courteous during my stay. I have rented several homes and by far, this was my favorite! The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean. I appreciated the abundance of extra sheets and linens which were all high end. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with cookware so much that I felt guilty for not using all of it! The pool was absolutely lovely and we took full advantage of sunning ourselves but also staying in the shade. The yard was surprisingly large and the pictures do not give you the full scope of how big the backyard is. I brought my bocce ball set and we had plenty of room to have good matches. Downtown PS is a short Uber ride away if you don't want to drive. There is plenty of privacy and it's in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much and we hope to be repeat renters!"

  • Awesome property!

"We stayed 4 nights at this gem of a property. The house was immaculate, spacious and well decorated. The pool, patio, and outdoor areas were upscale resort caliber. The weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time in the pool, jacuzzi, etc. The kitchen amenities and outdoor grill were top notch. We shopped around quite a bit before booking and this was the best deal by far. The owner was great to deal with and it was super easy to book. We would highly recommend."

  • Great Location, Stunning View, & Private

"The backyard is perfect! A view of the mountains, beautiful palm trees, and the heated POOL/SPA was made for relaxing. Although we had neighbors on all sides of us, it was still very private as the entire house was surrounded with a privacy wall and plenty of greenery. The neighborhood is quiet and made for a serene setting. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and the lovely strip of Palm Springs. It was also very easy to access main roads for day trips to Joshua Tree and the Empire Polo Club for Desert Trip music festival (Also the home of Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals). The homeowner Ray is ready to answer any questions you may have and was quick to return our deposit once our stay was over. Overall an unforgettable vacation and we would not hesitate to stay here again! TIP: Go watch the sunrise or sunset, or both in Joshua Tree if you can make the time. If not, the sunrise is still pretty awesome from the rental home."

  • Amazing weekend getaway

"I rented this place as a surprise girls weekend for my wife. They all absolutely loved it. They said the house was so cool and unique with all sorts of little nooks and crannies. So many little places to sit and look out the window. Highly recommended."
