  • Great vacation home!

"Everything was great about this rental experience. Communication before arrival was great and I got any questions answered quickly and efficiently. The house is big and spacious. We had nine adults at the house and didn't feel cramped at all. The beds are comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and spot on. Great, great spot - would definitely stay there again!"

  • We had the BEST time!

"We rented this home to celebrate my 40th Birthday, and everything was perfect. Get this place for the pool! It is laid out so nicely, with the hot tub raised in the middle. There was good shade for us pale Seattle folks under the eaves and also around the table, but plenty of blazing sun, of course. The views from everywhere are gorgeous, with perfect palms one way and the mountains to the other, with the sun setting perfectly over them! We only had 8 people staying at the house, but a bunch more staying elsewhere who were around the pool a lot, and I worried about noise being a problem, but it wasn't. The Casita is AMAZING. Bring eye masks if you are staying in the Casita because it is bright in there! We always had everything we needed, the house is very well appointed. There's a Costco not far where we stocked up on everything we needed, and only one time were we lured out by brunch. Basically, we were there for 5 days and we only left the house ONCE. The owners and Oranj Palm were very accommodating of a late request, for which we were so grateful. Great service and wonderful experience all around."

  • What a gem!

"We were a group of four adults that spent 10 days at this very pretty property in Palm Springs. We were so pleased with the home! It looked exactly like the attractive photos in VRBO. In addition, the home was very clean and well stocked with necessities like paper products and cleaning supplies. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows. The outdoor living space was superb, including a generous covered area, really great outdoor furniture, and of course, the new pool and spa. The gardens clearly were lovingly planned, and immaculate. The home is within walking distance of old Palm Springs, which we did on several occasions. The surrounding neighborhoods are very interesting to meander through as well. The owner couldn't have been more delightful to work with. He was very quick to respond to questions, and refunded our damage deposit promptly. I would absolutely stay here again!"

  • In One Word: Perfect

"Actually, for once, the name of a property is well chosen. The perfect modern can be described with one word: perfect! We've been in 8 different houses in Palm Springs over the last 5 years. This one is BY FAR the best we've stayed in. This house is really great: huge living room with a very large TV and a pool table. Four big french doors open to the pool area from the living room. The sofas are very comfortable. Very often they only look good but are very uncomfortable. But this one is Very comfortable. The kitchen is modern, in a nice European style. The appliances are high quality and perfectly working. For once, you can actually really cook in the kitchen. It has all the pots and pans you need as well as a nice stove to cook on. The master bedroom is big, the laundry perfectly situated between the master bedroom and the master bath. The bed is comfortable. Both bathrooms are really nice with modern furniture and big walk-in showers. The house has two individual AC Systems that worked well and very silently. The house is situated in the movie colony area and is VERY close to main downtown attractions. What can I say... THE perfect house for a quiet, enjoyable and relaxing stay in Palm Springs Our next stay will be in this house again, if it is available."
