  • Nice convenient location

"Very nice condo, very quiet location. We really liked the layout and location of this complex. Less than a mile to downtown, over looking the pool and the mountains, the view was terrific. The unit had everything we needed."

  • Palm Springs in Feb

"Unit was very clean and spacious. Great views (mountains, golf course) off the back balcony to relax and enjoy a cocktail (or two). No real issues, except master bath shower was a bit "touchy" when trying to adjust water temperature. Well equipped and excellent location for walkers/joggers. Would definitely rent again. Very convenient to airport."

  • Convenient and comfortable

"This condo is in a great location- close to airport and several golf courses (golf was the main purpose of this trip), and walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants. The furniture is comfortable, especially the bed, the kitchen has everything you might need, including a good spice collection, and having a washer and dryer on hand is great! Shawn and Emma were very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely rent here again."

  • Not sure what this is.

"Rental was great! Our challenge was with the location of unit and keypad entry. If a map had been available showing unit location and parking info, that would have helped. We drove through the complex for over half an hour trying to locate building letters. (We arrived in the dark) keypad entry was really frustrating. Nowhere did the info say the keypad was at the door knob. It talked about the one on the left of the stairs and the one on the door frame. There was no porch light on to help us, again, in the dark. This location and entry started our vacation off on a rocky beginning. Did not make us happy."
