  • Beautiful!

"I can't speak highly enough about both this house and its owner. Perfectly equipped and lovely inside and out. The owner was incredibly responsive to one request we had. I would love to return again and again. It is beautiful and comfortable - sometimes a tough balance - especially with a rental. There were 4 of us (2 couples) in for Oldchella. We enjoyed lovely brunches in a serene outdoor nook, and enjoyed the pool each day before heading to great music. Beds are very comfortable with everything you might need. Conveniently located to the center of town - with bikes at the ready. Many thanks, Kevin!"

  • Great location.

"The property was great for our week motger-daughter vacation. Close to the downtown area and the airport. We took day trips to surrounding sites and it was easy drive from our central location. I would recommend this loft."

  • This review concerns our vacation stay in Palm Springs. We were there for two weeks.

"We wanted to leave our cold, wet weather and enjoy sunshine and mild climate for our vacation and my birthday. Couldn't have been a better choice. The house is close to town and several hiking trails. Three of the trails we like are within easy walking distance from the house. Out of the 14 days we were there we hiked 9. Town is an easy walk from the house also. Our car was inside the gated driveway whenever we were out. The house is very nice. We would have our morning coffee on the beautiful landscaped front patio. In the afternoons and evenings we took advantage of the covered rear patio, pool and spa. The spa really was nice after a day of hiking. The pool itself was the perfect length to do swimming laps. We don't normally cook while on vacation but when we did the kitchen was well stocked with lots of counter space. I loved the extensive tile work. With 3 bedrooms, 2 eating areas and a spacious living room inside, there is more than enough room for a larger family. The landlord/Host was a pleasure to work with. There was a nice welcome basket on the main dining table when we arrived. He gave us some excellent advice on where to eat out. We stayed with downtown eating establishments as there are plenty and we liked to walk. Lulu's was a favorite for a nice dinner, Tyler's was a quaint local hangout for an old fashioned hamburger and milkshake. Of course the best place in town for a milkshake is the Great Shake downtown. It comes garnished with a mini doughnut, oreo cookie and whipped cream on top. We were pampered by the landlord but given lots of privacy. The 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were well stocked and clean as was the rest of the house. We would have extended our stay had it not been already booked though Thanksgiving. The house is in an upscale neighborhood and away from the busy streets. The neighbors were so quiet we couldn't tell if they were home or not. This will be our first choice for our return trips to Palm Springs. We give this house a five star rating and the owner, Jeffery a five star rating also."

  • Magical!

"What a villa! Mark, our host, was simply wonderful. We arrived late and he was so accomodating. He greeted us warmly and showed us around the villa, patiently explaining all the ins and outs so we were comfortable. He was also readily available by phone for any questions we had throughout our whole stay. The villa is a dream, tucked between beautiful palm trees and surrounded by the magificant mountains that can be seen through the many big villa windows. It is so peaceful. Beautiful, homely, cozy, yet spacious, the flow of the villa is well thought out. It is super clean, with high ceilings and beautiful decorations that add that special getaway touch. There is a full kitchen with everything you may need, including pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker... The sitting areas are set with incredibly comfortable couches. There are multiple very large TVs throughout the villa. The bedrooms are really spacious and the beds are big and, oh so comfortable! The closets provide a real generous amount of towels and toilet paper. The washer and dryer, provided with detergant, came in handy and worked perfectly. The multiple bathrooms were appreciated! The property is 100% private, surrounded by tall bushes. It felt amazing to swim in the gorgeous pool and enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub with no worries about peeping neighbors. The villa is close to local attractions and stores - a few minute drive through gorgeous scenery and we were in town, or at the Tramway. We are already thinking of booking our next Palms Springs stay at this villa once again! Thank you, Mark, for giving us such a wonderful Palm Springs experience!"
