"I highly recommend this lovely vacation home for fun and relaxation. We spent a month waking up each morning to the sound of Morning Doves cooing. The mountain view is almost surreal from the backyard, it was lovely to sit out doors and take in the sights and sounds around us. We enjoyed everything about the house from the fireplace, pool table jukebox to outdoor fire pit and heated pool. The home owner/property manager went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. So glad we found this little piece of paradise in Palm Springs. Sally"

  • Perfect for a Palm Springs chill out

"We have just returned from a great stay in unit 4. We love Palm Springs and have stayed twice previously, but this was our best rental yet. The upper unit location was great with fantastic pool and mountain views. The unit was well equipped and was a great place for us to relax and unwind in the Californian sun! Mesquite Country Club itself is well located and is within a 5 minute drive to downtown PS with lots of great restaurants and shops. It was also well located for our trips to Lake Arrowhead and Joshua Tree National Park. Garth, the Property Manager, was very helpful all the way through.... right from our initial contact through to our departure. We will certainly be coming back for another stay in PS :)"

  • Lovely, spacious, comfortable home with great pool--and perfect location

"We were excited when friends (two different sets of friends) told us they had a great stay at the home where Ray Bradbury used to live. We finally got to experience the place ourselves and it was just about perfect. Very spacious, with three bedrooms, each with a lot of privacy. An inviting living/dining area overlooking the beautiful pool. Very well stocked kitchen--we cooked and barbecued when we felt like staying home. Very cool mid modern neighborhood, nicely located. A couple of blocks from the Ace Hotel, which has great food, and from Koffi, where the whole neighborhood congregates in the mornings. You can rent bikes and bike everywhere. We did without a car just fine (with some help from Uber). Only glitches were a) problems with the pool heater, which seems unreliable and b) no cable (in the middle of the playoffs). Steve said the previous guests had reported the cable problem, so we wished he'd taken care of it in time for our visit. I'm sure it's fixed by now, in any case. All in all, a fabulous weekend and we would definitely return."
