  • Wonderful Perfect Family Getaway

"We had a wonderful Easter spring break family getaway with our all now adult kids and family at this wonderful home. The home and yard were all excellent and I would highly recommend it for your next Desert getaway. And if you are a golfer you MUST play the SilverRock course which is only 5 min away. The home has a beautiful westerly morning sunrise on the mountains view. Gorgeous! The owners need to do a couple miner house upkeep items as the screen doors all need new bottom rollers(just worn out is all). It was a fantastic property and you will love your stay here."

  • beautiful pool, lots of space

"Overall, we had a nice time at this house. We were two families (4 parents, 3 kids), and the house is laid out well for that constellation of people; each adult couple got their own master suite, and the kids were across the house in two adjacent rooms. Here's my breakdown. Positives: Beautiful pool and hot tub, and very attractive landscaping. Plenty of space, including a huge "great room" that opens out to the pool area. (It was cold while we were there, but in warmer times the indoor/outdoor flow would be great.) Lots of bathrooms, lots of space to retreat to when you need that. Excellent location. Benjamin is very quick in responding to communications. Negatives: This is really more of an empty showcase, staged for sale, than a rental space; lots of blank walls, generic furnishings (some of which still had tags on them!), some cheap elements (e.g., curtain pullbacks that were falling out of the plaster); no sense of people living there (e.g., no kids' games, no books on bookshelves); not enough rugs or furniture to absorb sound, so a lot of sound echo; no welcome/guide to the house. It would have been nice to know going into the rental that this was primarily set up for showing to potential buyers. A lot of things that should be working at this costly a rental were not: we were informed the day before we arrived that the dishwasher wasn't usable (and there was no dish rack for handwashing until the last night); there's no music system aside from an old portable one (bring your own); the ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge don't work (an extra errand for ice purchases); the wifi wasn't working when we arrived, and had to be replaced while we were there (spending time on the phone with Time Warner isn't really a vacation-y thing). All that said, it was sort of glamorous, and the pool/spa made it all worthwhile. And this was our 10-year-old daughter's favorite house of the 5 we've rented over the years in Palm Springs."

  • Five Star Coachella experience

"My friends and I have been going to Coachella for years. We've stayed at a few different places throughout the years, including Legacy Villas in La Quinta. While all the places we've stayed have been great, we were looking for something more our pace. Previous places were very party oriented with large pool parties, but we wanted a home with our own pool, our own Jacuzzi, just someplace that felt like our own home. Ed came to the rescue. Him and his staff, Hank especially, made us feel welcome from the start. The house was beautiful. The pool, amazing. Hank even went above and beyond to make certain our friend got home safe when he came down with a mean migraine that derailed his Saturday evening. I'd recommend people stay here, just not on the week we are hoping to come again next year."

  • Beautiful, well equipped condo!

"My husband and two adult sons and I recently stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly by the property manager, who let us in and showed us around. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated, as were directions and information on restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo itself was perfect for our needs, the rooms are spacious (love the master bedroom dressing area) and the place is very well equipped, from all the necessities in the kitchen, to the bikes and tennis racquets provided! The furnishings and beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels for both bathroom and pool provided. We played 9 holes of golf at Mesquite a couple of times and found the prices very reasonable! I would highly recommend this property!"
