  • This unit met all our expectations, and our 2 week stay proved pleasant and relaxing.

"The property is nicely located on the edge of a small lake with a central fountain, which in turn is occupied by many interesting and attractive bird species. It boasts a well situated concrete patio space, facing west, with table and outdoor chairs plus adjacent barbecue. The interior is clean, well maintained, handsomely furnished, functional, and boasts one of the most comfortable king size beds we've encountered. As a result, getting started some mornings proved to be a challenge,.... but a nice one. There are three flat screen TVs, internet access, and unlimited phone use, including free calls to Canada. The living space is more than adequate, has two bathrooms, and his and her bathroom vanity set-ups in the master en-suite bathroom space. The communal pool and hot tub are located close by. The hot tub was consistently hot throughout our stay. We had no neighbor related issues; We enjoyed our walks around the Country Club, noting a wide variety of vacation homes, some modest and some very costly. Access by car was straightforward once the unit was located, and we parked primarily outside and occasionally in the garage. The only assistance we required was for Country Club gate access for friends, and the owners were helpful with this and responded quickly. We enjoyed eating at a local restaurant called Francesca's, located less than two miles away at the corner of Dinah Shore and Bob Hope Drives. It offers extremely tasty meals, blending Italian and Persian food at very reasonable prices. We also appreciated the Cheesecake Factory at "The River", located at the corner of Bob Hope Drive and Highway 111. It's one of the few Valley restaurants that remains open until 11:00 pm, allowing for a late meal after a show or a movie. We had great weather and did much hiking. The trail at 1000 Palms is only 15 minutes away, and the one mile desert hike to the adjacent McCallum pond offers a pleasant diversion away from civilization. We had a pleasant and relaxing vacation in comfortable surroundings. The unit came as advertised, and we look forward to a return visit when an opportunity presents again."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and Scott. The house has everything you could want/need for your stay. Scott didn't skimp on any detail. Beds are so comfy, showers are amazing, even the cutlery is top notch! The backyard is perfectly manicured and private. We had such a relaxing week and fully intend on coming back! THANK YOU!"

  • Amazing vacation!

"Highly recommend! Wonderful property with all the features. Spacious rooms, modern appliances, and all the tech/tv/wifi to keep everyone happy. Backyard/spa/pool was a hit with the family. We like things quiet, and the peacefulness and lack of noise a definite plus for us. Hats off to the management company, always in contact and responded to questions/e-mails in a very timely manner. Hopefull will return soon!"
