  • Highly Recommend !!!

"The condo was up to date and in a great location. Quick access to down town Palm Springs and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this condo again and have recommended it to friends and family. The property owner was great as far as contact. There were fresh flowers and a fruit bowl set out upon our arrival and the owner checked in midway through our stay to see if there was anything we needed and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. A great central location to all the fun you can handle."

  • Nice Rental

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an older home with new additions added on. The house is worn but very clean. This made for a more comfortable stay as we had 7 children with us. The house has so many rooms that the kids had epic Nerf Gun battles to occupy them when not outside. The hot tub is very very nice and theres a front yard and backyard for the kiddies to play. The manager is over the top nice and his communication is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the dual kitchen scenario was fun. There were 3 familys and we never felt crowded. Bring your own knives if you are making in depth meals but we had enough pots and pans to cook for 13 people each day. Would stay here again."

  • Tranquil and welcoming.

"We were visiting family in the area and found that the cottage was perfect for our stay. Inside is roomy and comfortable even though it is a studio. Our host offered fresh eggs, from her hens, and delicious muffins that we enjoyed our first morning. There were other treats for us in the refrigerator as well as plenty of coffee and tea. Grocery stores and restaurants are very nearby for other meals. We shopped at Barron's for a few groceries and prepared foods. There are restaurants in walking distance (we did not go, so I cannot recommend.) The cottage is in a very quiet area, so sleeping is dreamy and the neighborhood is great for morning exercise - mountain views and horse farms. If you like hiking, go to the Santa Rosa Plateau which is very close and easy to get to. Go early before the sun gets too hot. The studio was very clean and inviting. I am glad to know of this vacation rental and will keep it on my list for future visits. Thank you Nancy!"
