  • Great location. Great house.

"This house is in the perfect location for all San Diego adventures. There were 3 people in the house and it was the perfect fit for us. The owner, JD, made everything extremely easy for our visit. He gave us a code prior to arrival even before check-in time which was above and beyond. It was especially nice since it was raining. The house is very clean and well maintained. Everything you could possibly need, even including space heaters & noise machines was provided. If there is any question about how something worked, it was explained in detail in the house manual. I highly recommend this house rental!"

  • Stunning

"Wow! I can't believe how beautiful this location was. I stayed here with 5 of my girlfriends from Chicago for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. It was AMAZING, and one of the best weekend getaways of my life. All of my friends kept thanking me for finding the most perfect location. It was remote, quite, stunning views. The home was spotless on arrival. They have a lot of great outdoor spaces. Of note, pay attention to the map that they send you, as google maps does not get you all the way there. I am hoping to be able to go back!"

  • Gorgeous scenery and relaxing

"This place was great. I'm definitely already thinking about when to go back. I'm pretty much in love with the kitchen; I'd go back just for that. The house is nicely secluded, surrounded by trees, which make a nice backdrop for relaxing in the hot tub, or sitting on the patio with a mug of tea. Just seeing so much greenery is soothing. I like that you can hear the ocean from the house too even though it is right on the beach. The little pellet stove is super easy to use, and they have nice labels and instructions on things (although the upstairs shower was a bit intimidating.) It was supposed to rain all weekend, but we did get some clear weather on Saturday and went down to the private access beach, which was very nice with some dramatic rock formations and lots of driftwood for photography or building forts. I grew up going to the coast in Oregon over the summers, so a bit of grey and overcast on the beach is right up my alley, and makes for better photos than a nice clear day anyway. I had brought up some of my own cooking stuff since I didn't know what all they would have, but it wasn't necessary. They have pretty much everything - even a large stockpot if you want to make a big batch of soup or chili. They have a wine opener too - very important. We were not sure if there was a separate bin for recycling, but other than that everything is super easy and the stay went smoothly. At night you can even see some stars from the skylight windows in the bedroom. Once I sort through the literally thousands of photos I took maybe I will put some on instagram with the house's tag."
