  • Mountain Coziness!

"We've been going to the June Lake area for many years and have always stayed in one of the local hotels, but this was the first time to stay at the June Lake House within the June Lake Campground. Comfortable and rustic upstairs condo and fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including outdoor bbqs and firepit. The staff were wonderfully hospitable, hardworking and attended to all of our needs and requests. If you like to fish, this is the perfect area to stay. June Lake is a quaint mountain town and the lake and downtown shops are within walking distance. We loved the Hawaiian food at Ohana's food truck....adjacent to the June Lake Brewing Company. The two businesses work together to accommodate delicious food and drink! Also dined at Carson Peak Inn, a more upscale restaurant about three miles away.....delicious food. We drove 45 min north to the town of Bridgeport and meandered the main drag and enjoyed their fireworks display. There's lots to do in the many towns that line Interstate 395 that make the Eastern Sierras so attractive to visit. Thank you to all the campground hosts for the perfect 4th of July weekend."

  • A great venue that was perfect for our needs.

"The location was exactly what we were looking for, close to the main street of June Lake but it still felt like we were in a quiet little town. Which, come to think of it, is exactly what June Lake is. The 4 rooms where perfect for the 5 of us and we would have been comfortable even if we brought more people. The kitchen was great and the living room spacious enough to have all of us comfortable enough to just sit back and relax. It was near perfect for what we wanted on this trip. The boys could go to snowboard Mammoth and my wife and I could go for walks in a much less populated area and really feel like we were far away. The staff were very helpful to all our needs and questions, I know we will be coming back."

  • Great Condo for Families!

"We stayed here for three nights while taking a ski vacation with family friends. The lay out of the condo is perfect for two families--a bedroom with en suite bath downstairs, and a bedroom with common area bathroom upstairs. There's a loft area for the kids to sleep. Plenty of blankets and pillows! The living room has plenty of room and a view of the lake. We found it very helpful to have a washer/dryer--although we really only used the dryer for wet mittens/socks. The mud/ski room is perfect with lots of hooks for jackets/bibs,ski racks--no need to worry about where to put things! Location is great as it's in the heart of June and within walking distance to several restaurants. Additionally, since there had been a lot of snow, we used the parking lot directly across from the condo as a sled hill--it worked perfectly! We look forward to staying here again in the future!"
