  • Pleasant Mammoth Stay

"We had a great stay. The location was convenient and the condo was spacious, comfortable and equipped well. The public spaces, jacuzzi swimming pool, landscaping and laundry area were all very well kept."

  • 2 Family, 4 Night Stay

"Stayed for four nights over spring break with my family (2 adults, 5 and 2 year old) and our friends (2 adults, 3 and 1 year old). Setup was perfect; the three oldest kids slept upstairs, where there was a queen and two single beds. All beds were very comfortable. Cabin was the right size for our group, and location to the mountain was ideal. Staff were incredibly accommodating, from booking the reservation through helping us pack up when it was time to leave. Will definitely be back next year; it was a great time."

  • Perfect!

"My family of 6 stayed here after the Labor Day holiday. It was perfect for us! Colleen is great, and goes above and beyond! She is honest, and you can tell she really cares about the people who rent here. This was my first time in Mammoth, and we loved it! The condo is in a great location, and Colleen is helpful with suggestions on the area and activities. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable! I don't know what else to say, except that we hope to be back here next year!"

  • Cozy little place

"On a whim, we decided to go to Mammoth for my 40th birthday with my family. Jeff's place was available at a decent price so I jumped on it. For the smallish size condo, you get a very well organized and set up place with everything you could possibly need. In fact, the use of space was impressive and made it feel like a bigger place than it was. It was clean, with plenty of towels and linens. It easily sleeps four, but if you're family or don't mind close quarters I'd say it is worth asking the owner if you have an extra adult (the couches are huge). That's the other thing about this place: you get to work directly with the owner, not some management company. Jeff was very accommodating, flexible and responsive (and a super nice guy who we ran into at the jacuzzi). This was especially important for us for check-in and check-out since we were coming up with a 2 year old, and my older parents and sister who don't ski. Only downsides I could think of was that the carpet could use an upgrade and there were a few spots near the edges where the nails holding it down were poking through a bit. Also, the dining chairs and tables could use a little tightening up as they were wobbly (as a toddler father, you notice these things). In summary, this is a homey place with everything you need for a comfortable Mammoth trip, including a wood stove, wifi, the jacuzzi just a few doors down, easy access to Mammoth Mountain (Canyon lodge), etc. If you're looking for luxury, it might not be a fit for you; otherwise it is a very convenient and comfortable place with just about everything you can ask for (we brought up our own coffee grinder but didn't need to!)."
