  • Wonderful!

"This was a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all! We had a wonderful time here. Everything was stated accurately in the summaries and the reviews are 100% spot on. Check in/out is very easy. The garage is wonderful if you have ski/snowboard gear and is large enough for 2 cars. Location is on the Main road so everything is very close. The shuttle for skiing is located just outside! We took it all 3 days we hit the slopes. Worked out perfectly! We will most likely stay here again (especially because they accommodated dogs!)"

  • A Perfect Place to Stay

"The condo is ideally located right in the center of town. Everything is just walking distance away. My family had a great experience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely rent this place again."

  • Cozy little place

"On a whim, we decided to go to Mammoth for my 40th birthday with my family. Jeff's place was available at a decent price so I jumped on it. For the smallish size condo, you get a very well organized and set up place with everything you could possibly need. In fact, the use of space was impressive and made it feel like a bigger place than it was. It was clean, with plenty of towels and linens. It easily sleeps four, but if you're family or don't mind close quarters I'd say it is worth asking the owner if you have an extra adult (the couches are huge). That's the other thing about this place: you get to work directly with the owner, not some management company. Jeff was very accommodating, flexible and responsive (and a super nice guy who we ran into at the jacuzzi). This was especially important for us for check-in and check-out since we were coming up with a 2 year old, and my older parents and sister who don't ski. Only downsides I could think of was that the carpet could use an upgrade and there were a few spots near the edges where the nails holding it down were poking through a bit. Also, the dining chairs and tables could use a little tightening up as they were wobbly (as a toddler father, you notice these things). In summary, this is a homey place with everything you need for a comfortable Mammoth trip, including a wood stove, wifi, the jacuzzi just a few doors down, easy access to Mammoth Mountain (Canyon lodge), etc. If you're looking for luxury, it might not be a fit for you; otherwise it is a very convenient and comfortable place with just about everything you can ask for (we brought up our own coffee grinder but didn't need to!)."
