  • Bigger than it looks in the pics!

    "This condo was surprisingly bigger than the pics make it to be. The living room area, kitchen, dining area and nook setup was open, big, and perfect for our group of 14 to spend time together in. There were plenty of linens and blankets all around. There was a lot of unassigned parking around the unit. Also, the location was not far from The Village at Mammoth (5 mins), Mammoth's Canyon Lodge (8-10mins), and Main Lodge (20mins). There's also a bus stop for the red line bus right at the end street (Minaret Rd) that takes you to the lodges & the Village for free!!! The owner was so friendly and helpful, and responded so fast when we had any issues! We initially had issues with the hot water/water heater, but Allison the owner got right to it and we got the problem fixed in a couple hrs. He only thing is that when both showers are in use or if the toilet is flushed, the hot warm fluctuates in the shower, which makes sense/is expected. The wifi provided was fast and reliable even with multiple devices linked to it. Overall, a great place to stay with a big group planning to ski/snowboard :)"

  • Fantastic condo super-close to Mammoth Mountain!

    "Overall experience was AMAZING!. Parking near the condo was full, but a stones throw away was an empty FREE parking lot. The condo was located on the 2nd floor (no elevator service), so guests with mobility issues should consider if stairs will be an issue. Walking into the condo was a WONDERFUL greeting from the home owner - a beer from Mammoth Brewing Co., nice snacks, and a VERY helpful book of things to know about the condo (including TV, WiFi, local places to visit, etc.). The Living Room was very spacious, with a hideaway couch-bed. The TV included HD cable. There were a few DVD movie options. There was a fireplace, but we were't quite sure how to use it, so we left it alone (Owner said he would add instructions for future guests!). The kitchen was fulled staffed - silverware, mugs, cups, plates, knives, utensils, etc. The appliances were nice (refrigerator, microwave, stove top, oven, coffee maker). There was a loft, but it was locked - guessing this is only made available if you paid for 6 or more people. There was another room, but this was designated for Home Owner only, so we left it alone. The main bedroom was pretty big, with a SUPER comfortable mattress. Definitely made for a nice night's sleep. There were two closest, tho 1 was designated for Owner only. The other closet had hangers to hang your clothes and there were TONS of blankets and pillows (no pillow cases, fyi). The extra pillows and blankets were very convenient for any guests who might be sleeping on the fold-away in the living room. The 1 bathroom had a toilet, full bath, and sink (separate from the toilet) so each could be used separately. The bathroom was VERY NICE in that it had a heater switch (so when you get out of the shower, it's nice and warm). Plenty of towels. We were booked till 12pm, and the cleaning service showed up at 11:30am. They were very nice. Unfortunately we needed the extra 30 minutes however, so they were very nice and stepped out so we could finish our business call. Overall... we could not have asked for a better place to stay. SUPER CLOSE to Mammoth Mountain (5-10min drive). Would DEFINITELY stay again!"

  • Excellant accomodations

    "This was a last minute booking to go up and check out the epic snow. Everything was as nice as advertised. The resort had received 3-4 feet of snow that week and it was amazing how well they had removed all of it from driveways/walkways. Although we were in and out and had minimal interaction with staff, everybody was helpful and courteous. I would certainly consider staying here again."
