  • Great Condo Location!

"The bus stop is steps away from the front door. The place was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a great time at our favorite mountain."

  • Close to shops, store and movie theater. Bright and sunny. Very clean.

"This is a great condo for the price. The four of us (2 kids 2 adults) had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The sunken living room has a south facing exposure and catches a great deal of awesome sunlight. The wood burning stove looked great but we did not use it as it was very warm during our stay. It is an older condo (possibly built in the late 70'S early 80's) but it is in great shaped has a good floor plan. The bathrooms and kitchen appear to be original so don't go looking for granite counters. Besides Mammoth has so many things to do that you won't be spending that much time in the condo. The only negative we could find was with the pans hanging in the kitchen. I realize its a rental unit and some people don't care for other peoples property but the teflon in all the pans looked like they had been blasted with a shotgun. Other than that our 7day summer trip was great. We lived in Mammoth in the early 90's (before kids) and we try to return twice a year, once in summer and once in winter. I would definitely rent this unit again if it were available."

  • CL

"Our family of four has enjoyed this vacation stay for over 10+ years. The stay never disappoints. It consistently is comfortable, and clean. And has every comfort of home. The condo is spacious with every emenity. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are clean with fluffy towels and the bedrooms have all the pillows and blankets you could ever need. It is centrally located in Mammoth. Walking/biking/driving distance from everything! The pool and jacuzzi are clean and never crowded. We return every year because of the hospitality and comfort that we receive every time we visit. It feels like home."

  • St. Mortiz Property

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the St. Mortiz Townhomes. This place easily fit 6 adults and there was always enough hot water for our showers. I loved the rec room access and the wood burning stove. The Townhome was in a great location for walking around town or catching the free shuttles to the mountain or the Village. Parking was easy and it was nice to have Televisions in every room and access to a computer/wireless. I would definately stay here again!"
