  • Beautiful and cozy!

"I stayed here with my 2 kids (12 and 9). We had PLENTY of space. The condo is beautiful. It's in a great location. Walking distance to the village. Easy access to the mountain. We loved it and can't wait to stay here again."

  • Absolutely Amazing

"I was completely speechless when we arrived and saw the home. The pictures truly did not do the home justice. The home is a spacious tri-level home that is clean, and well decorated and equipped. It was such a pleasant and comfortable home that we decided not to go out for dinner any of the nights we were their. It was a great stay for 3 families and we did not have space issues at all! We loved it and will stay there again if we have the opportunity. You will not be disappointed."

  • Convenient and homey mountain getaway close to amenities and the forest.

"The greatest plus for this mountain home is its exceptional location. It is within walking distance of the upscale Mammoth Lakes Village, and it backs up to the forest. The free town trollies stop close by and provide transportation all around town, up to the main lodge at Mammoth Mountain, and to the Lakes Basin for hiking and biking. The house itself has been well-loved by it's owners and feels like someone still lives there. It has a family personality. The two bedrooms downstairs are perfect for guests, and share a bathroom. The master bedroom and bath are convenient to the living area and kitchen. The sectional sofa in the living room is great for mountain living with lots of room for relaxing, pillows to customize positions, and forgiving upholstery. We didn't need the fireplace in the summer, but it provides a cozy feel to the living room as well. The wrap around, Trex-type decks are great for relaxing and enjoying the cool mountain air or for entertaining guests. The hosts are anxious for their guests to enjoy their stay. We booked the home for the whole month of August, and when we arrived, we had problems with the internet and the TV. Fortunately, the gracious hosts worked with us to solve all of the issues efficiently––turns out an industrious squirrel chewed the cables! In a very expensive resort area and on a street filled with lower end AND very high end homes, it's well worth the reasonable price for which it is offered. We would gladly return next year if it is available."
