  • Rustic warm condo, minutes from the Villiage!

"Wonderful home away from home, warm rustic rooms, two good size bedrooms with their own bathrooms downstairs & 1 bedroom & bath upstairs. Living area & kitchen upstairs. Unit worked out really well for our family of 7, including our 14 month old grandson. Owner Carlos was great to work with, we look forward to staying here again!"

  • Location Location Location

"We stayed there for 4 nights to bring in New Year. Wife & I and 5 teenage kids. The condo was just right for a group of this size and floorpan worked perfectly. Cant beat the location....very short walk to Canyon Lodge...or gondola into town. Near a host of bus stops as well for town, trolley. Owner was very responsive and accommodating."

  • Super location. Helpful owner.

"Liked everything about this unit. Hard to find a better value at Mammoth for two couples. Bus to godola, right out front. Parking was excellent, with enough clearance for our Outlander with a ski box on top. Ski locker close to parking spot. After booking unit, owner kept in contact even sending discount pass information. Owner works hard to make sure you have everything you need including local information. Had one incident where the neighbours did a poor job of starting a fire and set off the smoke alarm. Matter quickly resolved by cond owners daughter, who also lives in building. Took an after ski drive to Wild Willie's hot springs. As with most wild hot springs a very bohemian experience. Lots of friendly interesting people there. Well worth the drive and hike. Bring thongs or sandals. and extra towels. Two frugal foreign couples found this unit to be an excellent value and we could ask for nothing more. (except more towels :)"

  • Perfect for a Pet-friendly family

"My husband and I just stayed at the Cozy Condo and it was perfect to have our 3YO dog. It was his first time in the snow and to our delight, he enjoyed all the snow at the dog-walking area. The pet linens were very much appreciated. The well-appointed kitchen with coffee, tea, and spices was a nice surprise and the hot showers very relaxing after a day on the slopes. The heater works so efficiently that we barely had time to complain about the cold. Tammi was always a text/e-mail away and so welcoming to our requests and comments. And, she offers a 10-20% discount for returning guests!!! Her story/album added the personal touch to this stay (loved seeing yr family) and we enjoyed it so much that this will be our first pick on our next visit to Mammoth. Thanks, Tammi and *Kudos* on turning this condo into such a cozy place to be. That's some hard work!"
