  • Great Vacation Spot for a Family Get-Away

"My family and I spent 3 nights, 4 days at the Springville cabin property and had a blast. The property itself is in great condition and provided a lot of fun activities for us both on-site and close nearby. The guest cabin is very private (separate unit) so perfect for a family who has small kids and would need some privacy. My only critique/criticism of the property is that there are house rules plastered all over the place which to us was a bit overkill. We get it.. you want to keep the house in good condition but also provide a fair warning to guests that additional fees could be imposed if anything is damaged during your stay, but it's a bit much. Literally every wall in the place had a sign posted.. some had 2 or 3 :) With that said, I would consider returning to the property another year. It was a very peaceful and quiet get-away for the extended family. Oh and Shelley is great to work with too! Very responsive and accommodating."

  • A quiet retreat among the trees

"The cabin provided a memorable, unique and relaxing outdoor experience for my husband and I, son and his family. We took full advantage of the trail guides and other information supplied, returning each day to our clean, well-stocked and comfortable cabin. Best of all was the generous deck enjoyed mornings and evenings complete with wicker chairs and round table, while listening to wind sounds through the pines."

  • Hit It OnThe Nose

"My family, friends and I stayed in this house for 4 days and 3 nights. We never wanted for anything. Completely stocked kitchen to cook in, while looking out at your guests enjoying the beautiful sky, mountains and yes the cows, horses and goats in a ranch near by. The game room was downstairs so those who went to bed early never heard the pool table in the wee hours. The Jacuzzi was HOT, the pool was cool. Plenty of beds for the 6 of us and did notice more to pull out up and down stairs. The Sequoias are up the highway on a beautiful drive If you are into staying indoors there is plenty to do there as well. I can tell you we will return time and time again. For we love the Apple Festival, Rodeo and SciCon BBQ. I appreciate the sharing of this wonderful house, it went way beyond my imagination. Thank you for a wonderful vacation."
