  • Beautiful, cozy, and relaxing!

"Stayed for a 3 day weekend with friends, beds, bath and kitchen are stocked very nicely. Every pot and pan u need. The only negative was no music, so bring your ipod and speakers, we like music instead of tv. Also minimal spices. Other than that beautiful cabin!"

  • Beautiful, spacious cabin

"I recently stayed at the Shaver Lake Chalet and it was perfect for our group of 16. The cabin was very spacious and open but had that nice cozy feel. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Large house good for a multiple family getaway in summer or winter

"This is a large house with most basic amenities and lots of room for kids and stuff. The lake is close by and ideal for all kinds of summer recreation. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, hanging out in the comfortable living room, playing pool, and soaking in the hot tub. Bedrooms are sparsely furnished with beds and not much more. Some rooms are missing nightstands (or only have 1 for a two person bed) and/or dressers. Plentiful, but very low quality, kitchen supplies available. A few additional, or more generous amenities, would take this house from adequate to great. Seems very stingy not to supply refills of toilet paper, for example. My suggestions include drinking glasses (only plastic supplied), better quality linen (scratchy polyester supplied) decent silverware, and inexpensive basics like trash bags, sponges, and toilet paper."
