  • Great location - close to sugarbowl

"Its a less than 10 minute drive to sugarbowl and very close to soda springs resort. Great sledding hill close by. A room downstairs for kids and then 3 bedrooms upstairs."

  • Perfect Tahoe cabin

"We found this cabin on VRBO and will definitely be coming back with family and friends. It is conveniently located in Soda Springs (less than a mile from Sugar bowl). There is a General store, snow shoe trails, bar, and multiple sledding location with walking distance of the cabin. The cabin is larger than expected with great cabin decore to make you feel cozy and at home. Surprising amount of sleeping space (+15) with lots of activities to keep everyone entertained (ping pong, pool, 2 decks, sleds, snow shoes, multiple decks, tv, etc.). Plus, a covered garage space for convenience and additional parking outside."

  • Relaxing weekend getaway at the Palisade Tree House

"Our family of 6 adults – grandmother, parents and 3 young adult children had a wonderful stay at the beautifully appointed Palisade Tree House. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable, fully equipped and generously stocked. We were happy to find the description and pictures provided on the site to be very accurate. Tom Vu, the owner, is extremely responsive and was able to arrange our weekend vacation on a very short notice (less than 24 hrs!). We easily communicated with Tom via email, text and over the phone. We drove up on Friday and had a nice late afternoon walk around the neighborhood. On Saturday we hiked to Summit lake on the north side of the highway, and relaxed in the comfy living room both evenings. We plan to come back and hike to long lake recommended by Tom . Thank you for sharing your house with our family!"

  • Relaxing winter break for the whole family

"Our family (3 generations) just returned from a 4-day New Year weekend at “the Lakeside Haven”. What a lovely house! We all found it very inviting and comfortable. Our host Catherine has been the most helpful by providing prompt responses to our (numerous ) inquiries prior to the trip and by returning the security deposit in full on the day we checked out of the house. We cooked all our meals at the house (very well equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes for all & nice spacious dining table), celebrated New Year, enjoyed a fantastic afternoon cross-country skiing at the Royal Gorge (literally 5 min drive away) and a day of skiing/snowboarding at the Sugar Bowl (~15 min away). My parents went on a very long beautiful walk all around both lakes. If you have your own cross-country skis (we didn’t this time), you can start your trail right out from the backyard and ski around the lakes. We only wished we had more days to enjoy it all and hope to come back again soon. Thank you Catherine!"
