  • It was everything VRBO described and more. We could live here full time.

"The Tony Moore family, owners of the 5/3 "cabin" at PML were gracious and fast to respond to any questions. I'm convinced Tony would have driven up from the Bay Area had there been any problems, which there weren't. Everything was perfect including the Winter weather. We saw "Frazil Ice" and spectacular falls in Yosemite, played in the snow at Pinecrest and caught a 16 inch Rainbow Trout off the boat deck. The Rim of the World view, Rainbow Pools, and Hetch Hetchy reservoir up highway 120. Everything was so accessible from the cabin. Our 3 generation family of 12 relaxed by the fire, shot pool and darts, and got crazy making up words for "Scattagories" board game, after long days of adventures. I personally love all the strength of wood beams in the cabin and the natural beauty of rock stairs and landscaping down to the lake. As Arnold would say..."We'll be back"! Papa Joe and Family from Winters, CA."

  • Lovely Property in Nature

"I stayed at the Chaw'se house with 11 people. We were producing a wedding at a larger resort about half an hour away and needed to stay near by. Unfortunately I had to work 14 hour days so I didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities on property, but a few others did. The house was perfect for 11 people, and can comfortably fit 12 people (with people sharing beds). Theres's a gravel road today e to the property, so it's a bit off the beaten path...but nothing you shouldn't be able the handle. The road is even enough. Parking is not RIGHT up to the property, there's a sturdy bridge you must go over to get to the house but there's ample lighting and the care taker on property m greeted us in her 4 wheeler and offered to bring our groceries over for us which was very kind! There are two dogs on property, a peacock and lots of wild life. Our house was very clean, linens were new, they had goals set up and ready on a new grill when we arrived which was awesome. You should definitely bring food to cook on property as the store is a bit of a drive. The pool is nice, wifi is VERY limited. This would be a GREAT spot for a family reunion, or a small wedding if you bought out the whole property. Would definitely come here again!"

  • Nice, comfortable and quiet

"10 members of my family stayed at this lovely home. There was plenty of room for all of us and James was a gracious host. He was available the entire time of our stay and was very quick to respond to any needs we had. The location was perfect, and the weather was amazing. Thank you James! We will stay here again!"
