  • Perfect location to explore Yosemite, Perfect little town, Perfect home, Perfect Vacation

"My family and I decided to stay in Mariposa when visiting Yosemite because we wanted a town that offered quaint coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We definitely found all of that in Mariposa. It was the perfect location to visit the Yosemite Valley entrance and the Tuolomne Grove entrance. The house was just as pictured. Every morning there were turkey walking around the street and yard, we called it the "turkey parade". And each night we got home the bullfrogs in the little pond would greet us. The house and deck were so peaceful, a truly beautiful place. Three full baths, plenty of bedrooms and beds, an office space, a game room area with a ping pong table, laundry, plenty of space for a large family or families. The host was very helpful. I emailed him a few times and got a very quick response. He gave us ideas for restaurants in the town, which were all fabulous. He also gave us information on local hikes, & Yosemite hikes. We even had something mailed to the house and it arrived with no problems. Our stay at the house and the town along with exploring Yosemite was one of our best vacations yet!"

  • Location Cottage B in Mariposa

"We were in cottage B and everything was perfect. The cottage is real nice and clean. We are French and we found a real American spirit. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine. It was a great flavor and time. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the laundry machines are new and efficient. Mariposa is really nice. It's a small town where you can found all things needed. Yosemite is little bit far away... if you want to go to Yosemite Park to hike every day, the round trip will be boring and tiring. Finally, we will keep a good memory of Courtney cottage :-)) French Family"

  • First-Time Experience

"This was our first time coming to Yosemite...and specially the Redwoods Cabins. I enjoyed our time. The cabin could have been a little nicer, but I know that I got a bronze rating one. Given that, I was happy that I had all those things available."
