  • Great house, great activities!

"If there was a pool, this house would get 5 stars no question! But we loved it none the less, and would return with family and friends again. If you are looking to stay near Yosemite, there isn't a better option than the howling wolf lodge!"

  • Clean, cozy with easy access to Mammoth Mountain and Yosemite.

"From the large 2-car garage to the spacious living room and full kitchen, our stay at Grey Eagle was comfortable and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day(s) of hiking/camping in Yosemite or mountain biking on Mammoth Mountain. The hot tub was amazingly therapeutic after a full day of physical activity. The kitchen was well-stocked and made it easy to cook meals for our entire 11-day trip, saving us the time and expense of eating out. The Village was within walking/cycling distance and the Tioga entrance to Yosemite was a 45-minute drive away. All bathrooms and bedrooms were pristine and comfortable. We will definitely be visiting Mammoth and Grey Eagle again!"

  • Delightful

"Our 2016 visit was the second time we have stayed in the cabin at Camp Watanda, and it is the second time we have enjoyed the place, immensely. We hope to return again in coming years. The cabin is 1-bedroom, cute-as-a-button, and, perfect for a couple travelling with dogs. It is ideal for a weekend-get-away or a longer vacation. Don't forget to bring your own towels. If you like Thai food, be sure to have dinner at Sopa Thai in Nevada City. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed ours."
