  • A great place to stay with plenty of room, convenient location and awesome view!

"My wife and I took our family of four boys and a girlfriend to stay for two nights so we could be close to Yosemite. We found the home warm and inviting, with plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen with all the right utensils and cookware. It was very clean and had plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. The hot tub was amazing, and the view from the deck at night under the stars was breathtaking. Mariposa is just a short drive away with great restaurants and a grocery store to meet our needs. Thank you!"

  • Carol is AMAZING

"Carol went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The studio was in immaculate condition and in one of the most beautiful & convenient hotels in Mammoth. The studio was cozy with a large window seat overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains on the top floor. Great fireplace to warm your wet ski gear and perfect kitchenette to make meals. Carol was incredibly helpful with getting lift tickets. Working with Carol made the trip feel like we really made a connection to Mammoth and we can't wait to return and will absolutely call her first when making our hotel accommodations. This is one of the best rooms in the Westin on the top floor-views, quiet and cozy."

  • Cozy little place

"On a whim, we decided to go to Mammoth for my 40th birthday with my family. Jeff's place was available at a decent price so I jumped on it. For the smallish size condo, you get a very well organized and set up place with everything you could possibly need. In fact, the use of space was impressive and made it feel like a bigger place than it was. It was clean, with plenty of towels and linens. It easily sleeps four, but if you're family or don't mind close quarters I'd say it is worth asking the owner if you have an extra adult (the couches are huge). That's the other thing about this place: you get to work directly with the owner, not some management company. Jeff was very accommodating, flexible and responsive (and a super nice guy who we ran into at the jacuzzi). This was especially important for us for check-in and check-out since we were coming up with a 2 year old, and my older parents and sister who don't ski. Only downsides I could think of was that the carpet could use an upgrade and there were a few spots near the edges where the nails holding it down were poking through a bit. Also, the dining chairs and tables could use a little tightening up as they were wobbly (as a toddler father, you notice these things). In summary, this is a homey place with everything you need for a comfortable Mammoth trip, including a wood stove, wifi, the jacuzzi just a few doors down, easy access to Mammoth Mountain (Canyon lodge), etc. If you're looking for luxury, it might not be a fit for you; otherwise it is a very convenient and comfortable place with just about everything you can ask for (we brought up our own coffee grinder but didn't need to!)."

  • Great vacation home!

"My sister, our husbands, and 1 of our adult children just returned home from a wonderful stay in 3 Rivers. The house and deck provided generous accomodations. We have vacationed a lot together and this is the best place we have ever stayed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, linens were plentiful, and the views stunning. It was conveniently located 2 miles outside the Sequoia National Park entrance. Be advised that there is still a long drive to the park's main attractions after passing the main gate. If you plan to pack lunches and prepare meals at home, I would advise shopping before arriving at 3 Rivers. The groceries are quite pricey. You may want to bring plastic cups for smaller children. There are not many unbreakables provided. The owner and property manager were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed."
