  • Amazing studio and hosts

"We had an amazing weekend stay in the studio. The studio is in the perfect location and is extremely well planned and maintained. We cooked all of our meals with ease in the kitchenette and bbq on the deck. The owners were extremely helpful and suggested several great hiking trails. We are looking forward to our next stay very much!"

  • Well loved and taken care of

"My family was in Sebastopol forvour son's wedding. We were greeted when we arrived and given instructions on using the house. Also, restaurant ideas and weather reports were discussed. The property was perfect for all of and in a good location for all the wedding activities. Great place!."

  • If you are looking for serenity, this is the place!

"We were looking for a quite, secluded and beautiful place to spend our Christmas/New Year's vacation. We were NOT disappointed. This place is off the beaten path but close enough to Auburn and the I-80. The scenery is perfect. The cottage is nested in some trees on 13 acres. The owner's live on site but far enough away to allow for privacy. The resident basset hounds are a hoot and provide plenty of entertainment with their antics. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the like. The fireplace was an added bonus and made the cottage seem even more cozy and inviting. There were hundreds of TV channels and DVR. The wifi worked adequately but wasn't super speedy. There was plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets for us to be comfortable for our week long stay. The art work on the walls was created by the owners and is fantastic. I couldn't stop admiring it. I wanted to take it home with me, but I left it for others to enjoy :). I loved reading through the journal to hear about other people's adventures in the cottage. There is plenty of rooms for your dogs to roam, but we kept out close to home because of ticks. The wild turkeys came en masse for a daily walkabout. The squirrels and deer were entertaining as well. Craig, the owner, was available for questions and was very laid back. This is the best VRBO experience we have had."

  • Very cozy, comfortable and close to the slopes. Will stay here again.

"We loved this place nested in the woods and next to Main Lodge. A lot better than staying in a condo in town. We did not drive anywhere the entire week. It was a winter wonderland right outside our front door. The kids loved being brought to our door by a snowcat."
