  • Very attractive property, well appointed, comfortable and convenient location.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. I've stayed in a lot of condos in Mammoth and this condo is one of the nicest. The condominium is new, very clean and well appointed. The location is conveniently located with easy access to the Mammoth Mountain, Twin Lakes/Lake Mary and the Village. The property is located on the 16th Fairway of the golf course and across the street from the pro shop. We were able to hike, cycle, listen to music, and dine out with ease. A big plus is that the city of Mammoth and the owner are dog-friendly. Each condominium in this complex has a separate entrance from the exterior. This property is 2 stories but you must climb stairs to access the main floor so you climb 2.5 sets of stairs to access the master bedroom. It was a great workout climbing the stairs but it may be difficult for those with physical limitations. We highly recommend this property."

  • Great Stay for Yosemite Adventure

"We had a great stay at the Tree House for our first trip out to Yosemite. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had prior to arriving. The house was an easy drive to Yosemite, it took about an hour to get to the valley so leave early if you want to avoid those late morning/early afternoon traffic jams that are bound to happen! We also found time one day to drive down to Sequoia National Park, it was about 2-2.5 hours down the road, but well worth the day trip! Loved the solitude that the house provided, being on 25 acres was great! Would definitely visit again!"

  • Retreating

"Wonderful, peaceful retreat for our family. Every detail was thought through. Down to the popcorn bucket to take to the local movie theater for a discount, and one call brought our resident bird feeder attendant out to fill the bird feeders. The nature abounds here as one overlooks a rugged creek bed."
