  • Couldn't be closer to the slopes!

"We had a great time at this house. It is walking distance to Bear Mountain with beautiful views of the slopes and it sleeps a ton of people. The hot tub was great. We used it a lot. The owner was on premises in a small apartment attached to the house. It was nice to have him there for a few questions but also took away a bit of our ease because we were always hoping we weren't being too loud, etc. Kitchen has no basics like spices, foil, oil, sugar, etc. so come prepared to have all that. (There was salt and pepper.) Bring games if you want them. Layout of the cabin is kinda funky but it does the job for a big group. Overall, we had a great time. We were a group of kids and grown ups and we really enjoyed our time there. And, again, it couldn't be closer to the slopes!! That (and the hot tub) are the magic of this place! Enjoy!"

  • Muy buena experiencia.

"Recomiendo la propiedad. Muy buena para hasta 6 personas. Un poco incomodo el hecho de que no dejan caminar con zapatos por el tapete blanco."

  • Adorable mountain hide-away with all the extras

"It was so hard to see our time at the Apple Jack cabin come to an end, because it was the perfect place to enjoy a mountain getaway. Things we loved: - Great location near the village (shops &restaurants galore), hiking trails, lake, golf, etc - Easy check-in with key lock-box - So many little extras to make you feel welcome (soft robes for the hot tub, popcorn & chips for movie night, plenty of towels, great selection of kitchen essentials for cooking, fast WiFi, firewood & firestarter) - Spacious (One caveat - it may feel tight if you have a large group. It sleeps at least 6, but there is only 1 bathroom) - Easy parking, quiet neighborhood - Cutely decorated with a mountain/cabin theme - Clean, pre-heated hot tub - Great value...very competitively priced when compared to similar properties In general, the cabin had a very welcoming, cozy feel to it. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!"

  • Great Getaway Location

"Family of 4 stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. Stephen (the owner) was very responsive and provided a comprehensive welcome packet that included all the info we needed to have a great stay. Lots of positives for this home. Location was perfect and extremely quiet at night. Layout had the master bedroom upstairs with a very spacious living room including fireplace, shuffle board table and long dining room table. Two additional bedrooms were down stairs. Beds were very very comfortable! Ping pong table in the garage was fun for the kids as well as lots of games including a nintendo wii. (Note: you need to bring your own wii games. Also minor issues was there were no batteries for a few of the remotes and TVs.) Lots of parking including large garage and driveway. Overall a great get away for a 3 day weekend! Thanks Stephen!"
