  • Big Bear Getaway - Close to everything, but quiet and peaceful!

"We were looking for a local getaway for a few days to relax and enjoy the peace and fresh mountain air. We found exactly that at the Lark's cabin in Big Bear. The cabin is only less than a minute from the main road, Big Bear Blvd, and yet you don't heat traffic or noisy neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful. You can relax inside and hear the mountain air rushing through the trees outside. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities you could ask for. With three bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, family and TV rooms, and two full bathrooms, these was plenty of space to relax in. Being close to all the attractions was nice, and being able to relax in the evenings was also great. Wireless internet (WiFi) was also available, so you could be as connected as you want to be. Charlotte was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed the stay, and look forward to future rentals. Mike"

  • Couldn't be closer to the slopes!

"We had a great time at this house. It is walking distance to Bear Mountain with beautiful views of the slopes and it sleeps a ton of people. The hot tub was great. We used it a lot. The owner was on premises in a small apartment attached to the house. It was nice to have him there for a few questions but also took away a bit of our ease because we were always hoping we weren't being too loud, etc. Kitchen has no basics like spices, foil, oil, sugar, etc. so come prepared to have all that. (There was salt and pepper.) Bring games if you want them. Layout of the cabin is kinda funky but it does the job for a big group. Overall, we had a great time. We were a group of kids and grown ups and we really enjoyed our time there. And, again, it couldn't be closer to the slopes!! That (and the hot tub) are the magic of this place! Enjoy!"

  • Family Retreat 2016

"We held our annual family retreat at this property (14 of us from 8-85) The property was wonderful, plenty big and comfortable enough for everyone to have their space. The theatre room was a big hit with the kids. They were happy to have a variety of things to do in the house and kept pretty busy. We even cancelled a couple days on the lake and ended up spending more time at the house. The house was great, I am very picky and read all reviews before renting, even then you don't always get was you expect. We were very pleased with the beautiful vacation home.. The rental agency was great to work with. They were always pleasant when I would call to ask a question or make a request (I can be a pain in the neck). We hired a personal chef for some of our meals...Mikie Spear - excellent....gave a little rest to me."

  • Very cozy yet spacious cabin on a very quiet street. Very close to everything in Big Bear city

"We stayed at the Georgia Peach for a weekend of boating and relaxation in Big Bear. The cabin was very clean and inviting, and offered plenty of amenities to enjoy your stay. The cabin is up to date with great emtertainment and home automation. The fooseball table and hot tub were great additions to have fun and relax. Kitchen and BBQ were great for eating in. We would definitely recommend Georga Peach and will keep it in mind as a place to stay again!"
