  • Don't forget your soap

"We had a family holiday gathering and had a wonderful time in this property. Positives: sleds (yea), very well stocked kitchen, loved the game room. Christmas tree was beautiful. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked clean and nice. Entire house was very clean. Negatives: no soap in any of the bathrooms, one sofa bed was broken down, other sofa bed was gross, (both unusable), only 4 hooks for coats at the front door which was not nearly enough, no hooks in the bathrooms, no hangers in the closets, no reading light in the living room by the couches. Scimpy supply of bathroom towels. Also, a very dangerous area at the end of the driveway by the deck. There is a large gap and drop off which my husband fell through and injured his knee. This needs to be fixed before someone really gets hurt badly. Even with these negatives, we loved the property and would choose it again. (just take your own soap and hangers)"

  • So Cose to snow summit and so quiet

"I have stayed at this property a few times. I love how close it is to the mountain. Very comfortable and so quiet. Lots of sunlight poring in in the mornings while drinking a cup of coffee. Best nights of sleep ever. We can't wait to go back. Thanks sherry"

  • Charming and Great Location

"This review is pretty simple -- if you live in SD or LA and you're stressed out because of your commute, kids, work... this place and Trina is the perfect fit for you. The cabin is affordable, clean, and in the best location. I'm talking 1 block to the shore of the lake and 1/2 mile to the bars and main restaurants. It's quiet. It's relaxing. And it's the perfect spot for a weekend away. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here and I'll definitely be back."

  • Great House!

"I spent a few quiet days in Big Bear with some family friends at this house and everyone had a great time. It was actually pretty easy to get down to the lake from here, so we spent a good portion of the trip fishing. The house is in a neighborhood so it is not secluded, but it is an awesome area for a morning walk. Tons of large custom mountain homes and some spots with really great views. I appreciated that the theater room was right by the game room. This allowed us to keep an eye on the kids while the adults played pool and were out in the jacuzzi. It's a huge house, so multiple families will work fine here."
