Great location for playing in the snow
"Had a group of 5 adults and 4 kids (ages 5, 4, 2, and 4 months) stay President's day weekend. Had a great experience as our singular goal was to find some snow and hills to sled down. Loved that there was snow to play in right behind the house and a picnic area/park that we could walk to, avoiding the $5 parking permit and fighting people for parking spots. House was fully stocked, we prepped and ate every meal in the kitchen area and found nothing lacking. The property manager was very prompt in returning inquires and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Another thumbs up for the DVD collection, as there were quite a few recent blockbusters available to watch."

"Our family had a great week-end stay in this townhouse! Loved that we were on the lake, So beautiful! Also amazed that Big Bear Village was walking distance, wow has it grown! many good restaurants , music Venue's , movie theater , fudge/candy store and much more. Our family also had a day of skiing at Snow Summit, only few blocks up the Main Street. Tip: buy tickets day before. Next day Saturday had breakfast headed up around 9:30/10am thought we would have to take shuttle but suprised to find parking lot with many open spaces. You can pay $20 for all day parking, well worth it!

"Our big bear trip consisted of me, the lady and our pup. This cabin has a nice fenced backyard so the dog could roam around freely. The cabin itself was clean, with ample utilities for cooking and a nice fireplace. Everything in the cabin was easy to use as instructions were placed by anything that was usable (tv, cable box, fireplace etc) so we had no frustrating "how do we use this?" Style problems. Location itself was close to the lake and town area. John (the owner of property) also sends you an email with gives plenty of directions and locations in the area which was very helpful when looking for shops etc.
we would diffently stay at this cabin again. Defiantly recommended if you are looking for a place to bring your pup to big bear or even if you need a cozy place to stay ."
