  • Perfect Home for a perfect winter vacation

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was outstanding. The kids enjoyed the yard while the adults enjoyed the spacious home. The bedrooms were each very private and with the 2 dining areas we had ample space to set up some puzzles and games. Only could suggest some better shower heads as the pressure was very low while the bath pressure was strong. This small item did not effect our stay at all. Our experience with rental agency was also top notch. We will be back again in the future."

  • Neat Blue House with awesome views

"I visited Big Bear for the weekend in September and stayed for 2 days with 14 of my friends, 2 dogs and a baby. Everyone was comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need! Chris was super awesome and he didn't mind that we got there a little early and left a little late. There is so much to do and not enough time! We definitely enjoyed going around the lake in the pantoon, easy to maneuver and no problems whatsoever. The Jacuzzi was nice too but only fits 2 people. Wish we had more time for kayaking, biking and canoeing (all equipment is provided for) but we didn't! Overall we had a great time!"

  • Nice Property; A few improvements would make it great

"We chose this property because of the proximity to the Snow Summit resort. It literally takes ten minutes to walk to the ski school, the equipment rental or the ticket booth. It was great to get the kids dressing and walk them up to the ski school and get them situated while people were trying to park their cars further away. A few improvements would significantly improve the property. We like to cook, and that is important with kids and grand-kids. The appliances are literally the cheapest possible outside the third world. Spending a hundred dollars at Costco with a full set of dishes, (including small plates) a few nice wine glasses and some decent kitchen utensils would make a big difference. For us spending a thousand dollars for a weekend we kind of expect a little nicer amenities (spend $80 for a DVD player with a remote). Also, we had to use flashlights to try to find things as the lighting so was so dim that we had trouble finding things in the dim light. Other than that, the property was very nice; clean comfortable beds, lots of towels, lots of blankets and a nice Jacuzzi; and comfortable furniture."
