  • Very good.

"We loved the pool table and that we were so close to the lake. The owner was very receptive and helpful. We would come again."

  • Classy, Clean, Comfortable 5 Star Home!

"This is a perfect place if you're just 1 couple or up to 3 couples. Every bedroom has it's own attached or adjacent bathroom. It was just my boyfriend and I for the weekend and we didn't need a homes that is designed to sleep 8-10 people. This has exactly every detail you'd need to feel at home. Plenty of cookware, even spices, lots of linens, extra towels & blankets, blow dryer, soap....We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills for our last vacation and I think we both agreed, this house was just as impressive. Incredibly clean, spotless! The decor was warm and inviting, not cluttered, plenty of room for your things and tons of closet space. Even an cute laundry room upstairs. All 3 bathrooms we're beautifully remodeled! All 3 bedrooms were spacious and beautiful as well with the noted Ralph Lauren bedding. The difficult part was choosing which bedroom, as they were all so inviting and comfortable! Location was excellent as well. As for management.....again excellent! We had made a huge mistake and went to the wrong house 2 doors down, 100% our own fault, but still not knowing we we're at the wrong house we made frantic phone calls of course assuming they had given us the wrong code & we need inside. The gentleman was quick to reply and even sent the housekeeper from 30 miles away to bring a key. He was a helpful as possible and she arrived promptly, which is when we realized that we had been trying to get into the wrong house (hey, it was a LONG day)! Nevertheless, this was no fault of their own yet, "Justin" handled it so professionally and never lost his cool about our stupidity. I had also learned that he was the son of the original owner, I believe his name was Steve, and that he had recently past away : ( I had no reason to know this until the housekeeper mentioned it but it made me even more impressed to see that the kids are continuing to manage this property as well and with the same integrity as their father had. I chose this house because of the great reviews and that hasn't changed. This family obviously takes great pride in continuing to provide quality service to their guests. Cannot wait to return!"

"I recently booked this place for a family weekend in Big Bear, there was a party of 16. I had not shared pictures or information of this place with my family because I wanted it to be a surprise. When we go there, my family members where so amazed that they approached me and gave me hugs. They all kept repeating throughout the weekend "this place is amazing".. Working with Martin was very easy and fast, he responded to all my emails within minutes.. Thanks!!"

  • Well appointed home w/Dock nearby and Game Room in Garage

"Very nicely decorated home, gourmet kitchen, great deck off both the top and bottom level of the home. All the bedrooms are on the lower level of the home. Master is very impressive with a huge bathroom, Flat Screen TV, Fireplace, and sliding door to the deck with a chair swing, huge walk in closet. The sitting area in the downstairs has a very nice couch and entertainment area with a fireplace. The other two bedrooms are nice - all bunks with trundles. Great if all you have are kids. We had one other couple that could use the queen/full bottom bunk and was fine - but for us would have preferred one of the bedrooms to be a queen, and the other a bunk room. Still - nice furnishings, and the bathroom that the other two rooms share is very well done with high end cabinetry, sinks, tile etc. Nice laundry with high end appliances. We all ranked the beds as "good" but a bit firm, nice linens. Everything was very clean. You will not be disappointed. The Dock is better to drive to - but really close by- we very much enjoyed the kayaks and sitting on the upper deck reading, having lunch, and just enjoying the beautiful weather. A bit of a strange access to the home - through the parking lot of the Saddleback Grill. However, there are many homes back in there, so its just the only way back in that area. The house is in a great location though...walkable to even the dock and village if you can handle a 10-15 minute walk. The Garage has a Foosball table, air hockey, and ping-pong table. We used it all. The deck has a nice grill and high-top tables with umbrellas. The only thing that would have made that deck perfect would have been a hot tub. The wifi is easy to access and pretty strong. Laurie had a quick response to our questions/needs - Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us :) We would definitely recommend your place."
