"Alpine Meadows is our first choice for our family that ranges from experts to a 3 year old beginner. This is the best location we have found. This home is 4 star accomodation in a 4 star location!"

  • Cozy rental with wonderful facilities.

"My group and I stayed here for one night over the summer, and we had a wonderful time living at this vacation home. The home was not hard to find at all as it is relatively close to a main road. Entering the house was simple, and the rooms were all clean upon arrival. A couple hours after we entered the house, the lights in the bathroom and master bedroom on the first floor went out, but I called Carl and he helped me fix the problem right away. The house definitely gives off a cozy feeling, and the neighborhood around the house is quiet. Sitting on the second floor dining table during the morning and looking at the view outside was such a relaxing way to start our day off. We truly enjoyed playing with the different board games inside the house and using the colorful cups. One of the highlights of our stay at this house was looking at the vast expanse of stars at night on the balcony on the second floor. I would definitely recommend medium-sized parties to book this rental during their stay at Lake Tahoe!"

  • Wonderful Multi-family Snow Weekend!

"This Alpine cabin was just perfect for us. We loved the style and distribution of the rooms: it was perfect for hanging out with 3 families including 5 kids 7 and under. The open top floor had room to play and build pillow/blanket forts, a cozy fireplace and large kitchen to work and play. Everything was there, and yet not too fancy so that we felt really comfortable hanging out with our little guys and gals. The cabin was really well stocked with games - we adults loved puzzling and also played a hilarious game - and books for kids and adults. The extra kids ski clothes and sleds in the bunk room were wonderful, especially in combination with the sledding run built by the neighbors! And the distribution of rooms was great - though we would have liked the kids to all sleep in the bunk bed room instead of ending up in their parents beds ;-) Location was also great: at Alpine Meadows ski resort within 5 minutes and to Tahoe City in 15 minutes to ski and sled at Granlibakken. We had such a good time and really enjoyed the stay. Hopefully we can come back!"

  • perfect tahoe house summer and winter, great location, very clean

"A Great house- We first stayed at this adorable house in the summer and loved it! Super easy to get to the lake and Tahoe City and close to trails. Very sunny and warm house- lots of sunlight. This was our first time staying in the winter and it is super close to Alpine (1/2 mile maybe) and a quick drive to Squaw. The Alpine/Squaw shuttle picks up and drops off 1 house up at the corner- so you don't even have to drive to the slopes. The house is laid out perfectly for 2 families and kids or 1 big family or lots of adults. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. Upstairs bedrooms are cozy and quiet and one downstairs bedroom. Beautifully updated and clean bathrooms- 1 full upstairs and 1 full downstairs and the kitchen is updated/clean and has everything you need. Very cozy living area with lots of seating and big dining table. Deck off the living/dining with gas bbq Lots of safe area around the house for playing in the snow, mini sledding You can even walk to Alpine from the house if you aren't skiing. washer, dryer, space for ski's & boots, 3 t.v.'s, gas fireplace in living room. We look forward to lots of winter and summer visit. Also, the owners are so friendly and very helpful."
