  • Do-able

"First, the management company was slow to respond. VACASA. No coffee maker for 3 days, whats that all about. Their excuse there was flooding elsewhere in the county and they had to attend to those properties......usually those issues are covered by INSURANCE not a management company. The router started to foul up and needed to be re-booted.... it was in the unit downstairs but in about 2 hours it was back up. Someone gets a gold star. Other than those 2 issues the unit was rather livable and comfortable for our 2 week stay. No real complaints. There is no washer or dryer for those wondering. Kitchen was well appointed with gadgets, pans etc. and appliances were very nice..... in fact some of the "stuff" in the unit was not junk at all but a better quality than most rentals. Down pillows and bedding. 2 twins? Ugh? No vacuum. Location was walk-able to the village and tram. Parking was adequate but you should tandem park if you have more than one car, don't hog all the spots. With snow parking could become a challenge unless everyone thinks of the others. And no you're not special. All in all, it was very livable and relatively quiet. The're were no parties while we were there. Nice and quiet. Someone had a dog that tore up trash and stuff on the balcony AND first floor one day and the dog owners did not clean any of it up. We did not use the fireplace. All in all, it's not elegant, but totally do-able. It's cozy 80's and comfortable. Unless you're so special that you can't take care of yourself...... do it. We paid a fair price."

  • Fabulous home for a getaway!

"We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. The home is exquistely furnished and the furnishings are interesting, not standard boring stuff. The beds in the kids bunk room are so cozy and the master bedroom is beautiful. We build a snow run behind the house for sledding and my son even built a ski run off of it! Love the radiant heat. Plenty of tools in the kitchen Would definitely recommend it!"
