  • Great location, very comfortable condo.

"The owners were very good communicators. The location of the cabin and amenities were exactly as advertised. We never used the pool facilities, but it was raining during our entire stay. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. We especially appreciated the upstairs semi jack and jill bath room, meaning each bedroom had their own sink and a shower/toilet room between the two. It made getting ready super easy. The kitchen is a little rundown, but clean and very usable, although the oven was slow to reach temperature (we found warming it up on broil, then switch over to bake, took far less time) We didn't use the TV much, but they have a decent media offerings, especially having a roku box was a nice feature. The fire place is nice and it has a fan so you can pretty much heat the house with it if you want it super cozy. If you have kids, or adults with kid mentalities, you can play a "count the moose" game, and then through out the weekend the number might keep growing. Parking is right near the front entrance, and there is guest parking very near by. The 7-11 is walking distance. Squaw is a short drive up the road."

  • Amazing location right next to the Funitel!

"I had a home in Squaw Valley for 30 years. After selling it I decided that I would like to rent for a couple of years and we found this beautiful Condo on VRBO during the ski season. We had the best time at your condo. The place has everything you can think of and more. The floor-plan is terrific for a small family or two couples. We enjoyed the location. So close to restaurants, the lifts, shops. You just feel like you're in the epicenter of it all. We are booking our summer trips now and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making it so easy to rent your place! Penny and family"

  • Perfect Place for Skiing Squaw!

"My husband and two young children and our two childless friends stayed at this wonderful house right at the base of Squaw. It's cozy and well-stocked with all you need for a winter getaway: wood for the fireplace, snow shovels, sleds, lots of places to hang wet clothes and put snowy boots, good washer/dryer, good heat. The layout was perfect for our needs--two downstairs bedrooms, one with trundle bunk beds and another big bed, and a bathroom--and an upstairs master suite with a loft and a cool sunken bathtub. The location is awesome. The house is easy to find and has abundant parking, including a garage. It is a 4 minute drive to Squaw: excellent ski school and world class terrain, plus lots of restaurants and shops. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to nearby Truckee. The kitchen is great for preparing meals and there are plenty of dishes and utensils. Julie is so friendly and accommodating. She really knows how to manage a property and cares about the details. We can't wait to return."

  • Great property

"This is a lovely, well-furnished place, with everything we needed. Great wall photos, thick towels, comfortable bed. We loved the 2 outdoor sunken hot tubs at the end of the hallway. From the tubs, you have amazing mountain views. We watched the stars come out as the sun set. Renita attended immediately to my one question. We thought the place was perfect & would return."
