  • Gorgeous retreat on the meadow

"William's home is incredible. Huge living area with pool table and great back deck with barbecue and hot tub overlooking the Bennet Flat meadow. The views from the master bedroom and bathroom are stunning as well. We grilled food and sat out watching the sun set and then showed the kids the stars after sunset. William called me the day before we were due to check in and asked if I had any questions and ran through the climate control system for the house. Incredibly friendly owner and he went out of his way to make himself accessible. As no one was checking in after we were leaving he also allowed us a late check out permitting us to leave for him after dinner and avoid the 6 1/2 hour drive home that some of our friends had to endure by leaving late morning. We will definitely rent again."

  • Terrific Experience -- Beautiful Property!

"This property was by far the most modern and beautiful property at which we've ever held a family reunion, and we have held one every year for the past 20 years. The views are spectacular, the master bedroom is unbelievable (a dozen shower heads in the shower, and one of the nicest jacuzzis I've ever seen!), the kitchen area is great for large gatherings. The theatre, complete with Apple TV, worked like a charm for watching first run movies from Itunes on my computer from the Lazy-Boy like chairs that were in the room. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub all worked beautifully. The elevator was a special benefit for my blind mother, who would have otherwise had trouble negotiating the stairs. The sound system was super modern, and could be custom controlled throughout the house by an Iphone app. The maintenance crew does a fantastic job with this house, and is very responsive. What more can I say -- everyone loved the experience. We used the community guest passes provided with the house to play Pickleball at the Tennis complex, and it was a huge hit everyone -- including my 86-year old uncle. If there was one thing that wasn't glowingly positive about the place, it would be that the altitude of the house is 7,300 feet. We did have two people out of 30 experience some sensitivity to the high altitude. I personally had no trouble with it, but it's something to be aware of. We saw plenty of deer on the property, and the panoramic views through the huge picture windows and from the large outdoor balcony were like those you'd hike a few miles to see. Highly recommended!"

  • Nice Cozy big house to hold decent number of people and pet friendly

"First communication with Charles was very prompt and clear. We were a group of 4 families total 16 people and our small little dog. The house is nice and cozy on 3 levels with enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have good number of linen and comforters. Kitchen is nice and had all the essential utensils as well as spices and other stuff. Patio is nice and have good number of chairs. It is around 3.5 miles inside from freeway. Has a trail next to it. A few things can make it better, a shade on the big patio window will help reduce the hot sun in the afternoon and also fixing some part of the patio. I sure recommend this house."
