  • Excellent Cabin, lots of room!

"There were some cons about renting this cabin, but majority of them were pros. Cons: We were informed the wrong lockbox code by the property management, so make sure you call in to find out the alternative codes The living room fans don't have switches or anything to turn on. If you do heavy cooking, like bacon in the morning, make sure to open the back sliding door along with the front door. The back stairway to the Hot Tub was extremely slippery, maybe a warning sign should be placed somewhere around there. Pros: Very spacious Living room was big and small enough to have everyone gather around and feel cozy Kitchen was super spacious and nice Rooms were comfortable Property Management made sure we had a good stay Note: The driveway and road was slippery, and some of our cars that weren't 4x4 got stuck. Make sure you have chains. (The cabin provided a shovel and ice melt; which was very helpful) Overall: Nice cabin, warm and cozy."

  • Perfect Family Vacation Home!

"We loved our stay at this home! Tavern Shores is the best location on the lake, and this home is very nicely updated and in one of the best locations in the development! Wake up and stare out at the lake with your cup of coffee, walk down to the pier or into town for shopping, dining or other fun. Love having the huge community lawn behind - and there is a nice little beach and volleyball court just across the lawn at the foot of the pier. It's quieter than being over in the Tahoe Tavern side, which is also really nice! Also very close to the pool! We walked to river rafting, into town a couple of nights for dinner, and just loved everything about our stay! We will be back for sure!!!! Thank you!"

  • Family ski house

"The Kodiak Lodge was perfect for our family ski weekend. We traveled with our three young kids, and the house made the trip so do-able and fun. Because the house is on the ski slope, my husband and I could take turns skiing with our older child while the other stayed home with the littler ones – literally watching through the panoramic windows with coffee in hand. I’ve seen ski out houses, and ski in houses, but this is truly ski out and ski in! When we weren’t taking advantage of the skiing, we were enjoying the game room or the hot tub. While the house is a little rustic in some ways, it's what you expect/want when you're in the mountains. The kitchen is well-stocked. The beds are comfortable. We’ll be back!"

  • Top of the world...

"We stayed 2 nights at the Inn on High Street. The Inn was everything we expected and more. Dean and Lisa have an energy that make you feel like you are home. We hated to leave."
