  • A comfortable house and very well equipped

"We were a group of 17 with young grandchildren (5 to 9) and could of used a deck and garden or yard. The house is right on a very busy street and didn't allow for them to be outside. We still managed to have a great time"

  • This place has it all!

"We just spent 5 beautiful nights in this very large studio. This unit is extremely spacious and to our surprise, the bed was upgraded to a King (one of only three on site). We couldn't have been happier. We used all of the appliances in the full kitchen, including the blender, which was an added bonus. The fridge had an ice crusher, which we used extensively, so we had all of the luxuries of home. The large bathroom had two sinks and a huge jet spa tub. The unit has two TVs and the sofa bed has a memory foam mattress for comfort, instead of the usual saggy/spring mattresses, with uncomfortable metal bars. The service for all staff members was exceptional. We asked to use the pool after check out, since we were moving to another location. There wasn't an issue at all and we were graciously accommodated. The pool is quite large with plenty of seating for all. Right behind the pool is Heavenly Village, so it's easily accessible and close to the movie theater. Raley's is right across Heavenly Village Way and easily walkable. Things to know: This unit is at the very end of the hall. The window faces the valet parking/entry, but was very quiet (east facing). The spa tub has a very high step over, as it is deep. Those with mobility issues, should bring a portable grab bar or sit on the edge and swing their legs over. Should a handicap person in a wheelchair need to enter the bathroom, it is certainly quite large and easily accessible for such. There is an exit stairwell , just one story above ground and can be exited only, but useful for getting downstairs when your car is brought up. This saves walking all the way around and down through the lobby. It's quite convenient. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone interested in such a property and close to Stateline/casinos."

  • Tahoe Cabin

"Recently stayed at this cabin with our 3 children (11, 9 & 5 years-old) and it was more than enough room for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace in the living room and the kitchen was up to date and had all the necessary utensils and cookware to make a home cooked meal. Grocery store and shops were just down the hill. We were able to maneuver our minivan up driveway but wouldn't dare be without tire chains just in case. Best of all, are the small hills and slopes surrounding the cabin and across the street. My kids had the best time with their sleds, building snowmen and igloos, and making snow angels. It was like having our very own snow park right outside our door. Gary the property owner was great and was easily available should we need anything. We can't wait to stay here again:)"

  • Great South Lake Tahoe House

"We rented Erik and Wendy's house for a bachelor party weekend. The house fit 16 people easily. We were all able to hang out in the living areas and back patio. There was places to get away if you wanted to as well. The house is close to all the casinos, the lake, and golf courses. You can even hike up Heavenly mountain from the backyard. Erik and Wendy checked on us to make sure our stay was great. They even bought pizza and beer for our group before we arrived."
