  • Excellent choice!

"When in Tahoe, contact Mike! This house is an excellent choice, especially for large groups. Our party included 6 adults and 7 kids and this house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and there is plenty of towels and bedding. There is also a grill and seating on the back deck, which was nice for outdoor dining. Mike is easy to work with and is quick to respond. I highly recommend this house!"

  • Amazing property

"I recently booked a stay here to help a few Marine Vet friends get out of the city. Couldn't have made a better choice. The backyard view was so peaceful which made putting the hot tub to use even more relaxing. Plenty of space for our group of 12. The ping pong table and pool table were great on the cold nights with some wine ( thanks Laura) and beer. We are already looking for another date to book and bring the kids to play in the snow."

  • The standard by which I will compare all future vacation rentals

"... if I ever have to choose to stay anywhere else, that is. We rented this property for the week between Christmas and New Year's, for a short vacation with 8 adults and 3 kids. The owner was super helpful before and during our stay. He was quick to answer questions and provided us with all the information we needed to plan out our trip and figure out what we needed to bring. The house was very high tech, with a Sonos system, lots of TVs, etc, although we didn't have the chance to try out all the bells and whistles. More importantly, it was clean, well-organized, and in good working order, which let us spend more time with our friends and kids rather than worrying about house stuff. The layout of the home is also really well suited for multiple families. The bedrooms come in all sorts of configurations, and the living room, family room, and (well stocked) kitchen are in a central location, far enough away from the bedrooms so as not to disturb people when they're sleeping. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spa. All of us appreciated the house and all it had to offer. And the owner was truly the best host. PS - the house is also seismically sound; we experienced a couple of earthquakes while we were there :)"

  • Wonderful cozy cabin with perfect access to Heavenly, shops, and dining!

"If you are looking for a cozy cabin with a wood fireplace, unbelievable access to Heavenly (as well as living room view of Gunbarrel!), and quick access to shops and restaurants then this is the place. My wife and I just stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't have asked for more. We drove up from SF on Friday and went straight to the mountain and after a long day on the slopes pleasantly found out that the cabin is about a 30 second drive from the California lodge. Unfortunately due to the storm we skipped skiing on Saturday but what a great place to sit by the fire and watch movies and football all day. The couch has a view of Gunbarrel chairlift so even if you don't ski you can still watch others come down. The grocery store, shops, and restaurants are all right down the road and the cabin comes with dedicated parking right at the front door, so unpacking and packing are a piece of cake. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children. The owner was very pleasant and the place had everything needed for a great stay. We will definitely be return customers."
