  • Perfect for a family

"My family and I had a great time in your cabin. Thank you for being easy to deal with and for ensuring the cabin was clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the loft and we all loved the peaceful location tucked in the back among the trees. Next time we go back, yours will be the first property I check for availability. Thanks again for helping make a great vacation."

  • Quaint home. Quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors.

"The place was easy to find. This is a nice, older designed home. We had a total of 5 people stay and the space was comfortable. I liked that in addition to having everything we needed, there were instructions/notes around the house and the owners were very accessible and accommodating. The only drawback was that we stayed in the summer, and since there's no air conditioning it was a bit warm when we got home after a long day of activities... Even with the several fans they had available. But I would definitely plan better next time and stay during a cooler season. Very pleased!"

  • Quiet cozy cabin

"My friends and I got to stay at this cabin for a full week and loved every minute of it. For our trip and plans, this cabin was better than we could have expected. At the end of a road and located off the road, only one other house that is really in view, but still far enough away to be peaceful. Had 3 people which seemed to work just fine. A fourth and it might have started to feel a little small, but would have still been fine for the week. The location is about 5 miles from stateline, so if you plan on being in that area more often then not, you will need a car to get to/from there. There is a big grocery store about a mile down the road and an awesome pizza place just around the corner. For our trip we were planning on cycling around Lake Tahoe area so the location worked out very well for us. Access to multiple bike paths, bike routes and a nice walking trail with easy access behind the cabin that leads up to an amazing view looking over all of Lake Tahoe. Inside the cabin was very nice and well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer were another nice addition to have. Thanks to Heather for allowing us to stay here. We would seriously consider this cabin again for a future trip in the area."

  • Great setup, location, dog friendly

"Wife, dog and I spent a few nights in June. Perfect setup and location for us - very close to supermarket (less than a mile) and gateway to Hwy 89 -hiking, biking, beaches etc...Loved how the cabin was decorated with dog touches all over - kept seeing new pictures, figurines etc...even hooks to hang leash. The swing gate on the porch is a great idea too. I'd only been to Tahoe for winter skiing - never during warm months. I think there is alot more to do in summer than winter - definitely be back. Would not hesitate to stay here again!"
