"A beautiful home with some fixable maintenance issues. Would definitely stay there again. Seems like the house would benefit from a home inspection and subsequent repairs. It would be PERFECT with those efforts."

  • Perfect Tahoe vacation!

"We walked in and were instantly impressed! The condo was immaculate! The pictures really don't do it justice. It was decorated with the perfect touches. We really felt at home. From the fireplace, the patio furniture on the balcony, to the bedding, everything was inviting and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay here! Definitely will stay here in the future. The experience, as a whole, was great. It was a pleasure renting from Annette. She is very quick with responses and easy to communicate with. Thank you for the perfect place to stay on our vacation."

  • Perfect for our Snowboarding Days!

"This property was exactly as it says in the description and more. The owner was extremely helpful, welcoming and overall great to work with. Since we came to go snowboarding at Heavenly it was the absolute best location. We could walk to the lift entrance. We actually saw people who parked further and than our location and walked. Upon checking in to the location we found a binder with great recommendations for places to go with comments from the owners. A homey cozy feeling of the property made us wish we had more days! Didn't even want to go to the casinos at night because it was so cozy! I can easily see this being a great spot in the summertime as well and see myself coming back in the future! To the owners! Thank you so much for a Wonderful Stay!!!"

  • Fun place to stay in the summer!

"We really enjoyed staying in this house all week! It was clean and comfortable, and the upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom look great! We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals, do our laundry when needed, and have space to spread out and relax (unlike being cramped in a small hotel room). This was so much better than staying in a hotel!!! The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and stores. We liked having the garage and could fit our minivan and 4 bikes in it. We were so happy that we brought our bikes because we could ride over to the Snow Flake Drive In almost every night to get the biggest ice cream cones we had ever seen! My boys (5 & 9 years old) just loved that! We also rode our bikes to the beach several times, though it is close enough to walk. There are lots of bike lanes by the bigger streets, so it felt safe to ride with our kids in that area. Our only minor complaint was that the weather was in the mid 80's all week and the house got very warm during the day while we were out. There were ceiling fans in each bedroom and one moveable fan, but at those temperatures, we needed more fans to cool the house off. Luckily we brought a couple of our own fans for white noise, and we were able to cool the house off a little bit faster. I don't think this would have been much of a problem if it had been just a few degrees cooler during the days, or if the evenings had cooled off faster outside. For a house in Tahoe, there probably are not a lot of weeks where this would be a problem. We highly recommend this house, and are definitely considering returning here next summer!"
