  • Cozy house!

"My family spend a week at this house and had such a great time. Everything you might need is provided at the house, tons of kitchen utensils, pack-in-play, cozy beds. The back yard was perfect for our little boy to run around and play and we LOVED using the hottub at night and seeing all the stars above. The location is optimal for access to trailheads like Tallac, Emerald bay, and Cascade lake (it's about a 10 minute drive to these) and a short 2 minute drive to Pope Beach for sunsets. On days where we were too tired for hikes we stayed in and had all the comforts of home at our disposal with cable tv, internet, and ping-pong! We'll definitely be back again!"

  • South Shore Drive

"We all enjoyed our stay at your South Shore Drive home. With 8 adults there was plenty of room for everyone. There was a hot tub available but we never used it. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We would love to stay again if we ever go back to Lake Tajoe. Thank you Duggan!"

  • Super fun house!

"Had an adult Bachelor Party (over 40 crowd) and the house worked out perfect. Everyone thanked me for getting such a cool pad. Taught some of the guys how to officially play shuffleboard and they were hooked! (Nice touch by the owner having the official game rules printed out & posted by each game). I think we managed to play every game available, even horseshoes and badminton in the back yard. No little hotel style shampoo and soaps, so make sure to bring your own. Minor detail. No hot water when we got there. Noticed the hot water heater was on low, so we turned up and boom.. All good. (We turned it back to low on checkout day). House is cozy and clean. Beds everywhere. All the basics supplied, dishes, coffee maker, working bbque. Couple of guys mentioned it would be perfect place to bring the family cause of all the in house entertainment for the kids. Hope to be back soon!"
