  • Love the Grand Residence always!

"As an owner myself of a condo on the property from the first day, I can tell you I love this property. My condo was rented, so I booked this for the week in lieu. Beautiful condo, easy access to everything. No car needed, so don't waste your money renting one. Take the shuttle up. The property has a grocery store across the street, a movie theater on premise, skating rink, numerous and many varied dining options, shopping, Starbucks and walk-able to the casinos....not to mention the gondola built on the property to take you up the hill. Highly recommend. Have fun! This condo was great and a friendly owner that was lovely to deal with."

  • Beautiful Sky Chalet

"I did a last min change and I can honestly say it the best thing . Katie from Buckingham was really helpful . She got to the point and process my documents in less than 1 hour everything was complete. Fast and easy. Thanks Katie Now about the place : the upstairs is nice 3 bedroom and a living room . Everything up to date and have everything we need from cooking utensil , Landry room . Shower and bathroom is definetly wonderful with a steam room Down stairs - it was OK . Not up to date , but the room was big and roomy and jacuzzi located down stairs . This place have lots of activities . Pool table, board games , playing cards. You will not get bored. The garage is roomy but did have lots of trash or junk in it. That not needed . Old chairs . But also have a sled and shovel for snow season. They have a Lil kid play room fill with junks, but it smelly in there. They need to updated that room and clean it out. Other than that this place is wonderful . It the best ."

  • Great choice

"We've had our first trip to Lake Tahoe this month of August. Traveling 7 persons, 5 adults and 2 kids (8 and 3 yo) we decided to rent a cabin so we could spend our vacation all together rather then be separated in some hotel rooms. Our choise of this cabin was great! First, the pictures on the website do justice in reality: everything was as described. Second, the location of the cabin is fantastic! Beautiful forest, fresh air, gorgeous atmosphere to relax. Rooms and baths were clean, everything arranged for you to feel welcomed. We didn't use the sauna. Nice to have one though :) There were extra clean linens, pillows, and towels available (we didn't use the extra ones), extra blankets. I liked the kitchen and everything in it, very handy! Having a bbq grill available on the patio it's just super! We bought charcoal from the local store and enjoyed our evenings by the fire. So relaxing! The stereo system was nice. We didn't use the tv, just to have more family time. The fireplace was beautifully done; however, didn't use it either. We spent our evenings mostly on patio by the fire. There are even some family games, some incomplete, but fun! :) The garage is open, no doors, but not a problem at all, is like a covered parking. A couple of big stores are near by where you can buy groceries, souvenirs, everything you need for the stay. They even sell hot soups to go. We were buying hot soups for lunch, not bad at all and very convenient. The cabin is really close to Heavenly Village, a place full of cafés, gift shops, gondola ride (breath taking), general store. Beaches are close, around 10 mins drive. We were at Zephyr Cove (Queen Tahoe cruise, we didn't take this time), Sand Harbor Beach (such a beautiful view!), and Emerald Bay. There are a couple more beaches we didn't have time for, definitely next time :) Gary, the owner, was very responsive, by e-mail, text messages, and phone. He even allowed us to check in earlier then 3 pm; well, we've arrived around 2pm anyway since we've stopped on our way in Hawthorne at the Military Museum and spent there some time. Quite fascinating place! Anyway, Gary was always in touch, which we really appreciate. It was a beautiful vacation in such a gorgeous corner of nature and our stay at this cozy cabin just made it more comfortable. We definitely will come back to this place again!"
