  • Very friendly couple to communicate with. Far enough from most humans to enjoy a quiet weekend!

"Some fun games on the property, movies to watch at night, books to read, lots of blankets and pillows provided (don't forget TWO sets of Queen sheets and pillow cases). If you don't like bright light, you'll love the subdued light in this cabin. Make sure to bring your mountain bikes! You're about 3 miles from the Rubicon Trail. Yep, I climbed it for a while. Lake Tahoe is beautiful this time of year. Enjoy!"

  • Quaint, cosy cottage!

"My fiance, pup and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was everything we hoped! Warm, cosy, quaint and easy access by car to Tahoe City for restaurants, groceries etc. as well as hiking all up and down West and South Lake Tahoe. We highly recommend it!"

  • Wonderful Updated Cabin, Perfect Location

"I was very pleased with our stay at this beautiful cabin. Located within walking distance from Chambers Landing, but far enough away from all of the noise pollution, this home was the ideal location for those looking to spend the day at the beach, but come back to relax and bbq at the cabin. With a group of 8, we all had plenty of space, and could fit many more if comfortably if wanted. All the utilities are updated, and the kitchen boasted nice pans and cookware, so you can really bring out your inner chef while you stay. The neighbors really made the area more welcoming, as we set up some guitars in the garage the neighbors across the way came over and sang with us, which I thought was beyond cool. Huge deck in the front is great for relaxing in the sun as well. Not to mention the owner of the house, Maria, was very easy to stay in contact with and very helpful. Overall, between the interior and exterior property, coordination with the rental, and location, I don't think there was a better cabin out there. Absolutely would stay again."

  • Good Location

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location...able to walk to beach down the street and down a dirt path to Meek's Bay Beach carrying a light load. Liked that the property is on one level. A bit dirty on the outside and deck is dated and not in good shape. Patio furniture is very old. Kitchen was not well organized and only 4 place mats for an 8 person home. There were very few glasses and no wine glasses...but Trent on the management team was kind enough to bring us new ones. They need to fix all the fans in the home and TV's were hard to work with no instructions. We loved the outlay of the home and had plenty of room...but it could have been a little cleaner. We would come back again ... for the location but hope that the house would be cleaner and more updated if we were to return."
