  • Exceeded our expectations

"My husband, 12 year old son and I enjoyed some Spring Skiing at Homewood Resort just minutes from the PERFECT Cozy Cabin. We had never explored Tahoma - but fell in love. Started with all of Pennie's great recommendations, but the best was the obvious love and attention the owners have for their home away from home. As first timers through VRBO, the Cozy Cabin exceeded our expectations. Great size and price for us and we already want to return this summer with friends. Best stocked kitchen, movie library (amazing collection!), clean and nicely decorated, comfy beds, thick towels, easy stove/heat and spectacular pine trees outside your windows. Walked the safe and easily navigatable neighborhood many mornings and started dreaming of having our own place to share some day! Thanks to Pennie for a great spring break vacation with the family."

  • Perfect Weekend Getaway!

"We came up here for a long weekend with our family. We've been coming to the west shore for years and this condo is by far one of our favorites! There is a nice view from the balcony, great fireplace, and very spacious. The condo was clean and had very nice decor. Homewood Ski Resort is 5-10 minutes away and we enjoyed 3 days of skiing. The weekend was absolutely perfect. We will definitely come back here in the future."

  • Comfortable home away from home

"We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house at the end of a quiet neighborhood which backs up to a forest. Although we dined at the restaurants around the lake, the kitchen here is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. Nice touch to provide sugar and creamer for when we made coffee in the mornings. A binder of what to do in the area along with restaurant listings and a great little book of hikes was a nice touch. The WiFi worked fine. Since cell phone coverage isn't good, we appreciated the use of a landline to make calls while at the house. Our bed was comfortable. There is good lighting in the living room, and comfy blankets on the big chairs were put to use on the chilly mornings."

  • Very nice home with good proximity to popular sites

"This was a very spacious and well furnished home. There were just two of us but the home could accommodate many more. The location was quiet and well off the main highway. We would highly recommend"
