  • You won't want to overlook this one!

"This is a lovely property nestled in the hills...yes, Bel-Air hills! The drive up to the home is already beautiful with perfectly manicured yards left and right. The location of this gem is close to everything you may wish to do in LA...not far from the Santa Monica beaches, the other direction Melrose Ave....Hollywood etc. The guest house itself is indeed very modern and current in it's decor style. It is also very quiet at night and one can also feel safe here with all the fortresses and security surrounding it. In the morning it's wonderful to hear all the birds nearby and sip your coffee on the balcony. The bed is comfortable and the space is well equipped. Should you want for anything you will always have a quick reply! We highly recommend this property and have experience renting many properties thru VRBO in multiple states. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger .... "I'll be back!!!""

  • My new "Go To" in Los Angeles

"I just returned from a 6 night stay and I must confess, I felt like I was leaving my new west coast home! The cottage was perfect for me in every way. As others have exclaimed, the views are exceptional. Where else could you walk onto your deck and simultaneously see Downtown, Century City, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and the Pacific? Wow. Just wow. Having a small kitchen was perfect for my needs. The bathroom, while small, is thoughtfully appointed with lush towels and bath products and a hairdryer. The bed was super-comfy, with high-quality linens, blankets, and pillows that were perfect. I slept really well in the cool February mountain air. Because the owners are busy professionals, I only saw them briefly, never felt I was intruding on their privacy (nor vice versa, of course), and I enjoyed talking with them both. As it was chilly during my stay, I never used the pool, but I was invited to enjoy a fresh orange from their trees. Yum! I will say that if you wish to sleep late, you may need earplugs. There is the typical construction/renovation ongoing in the neighborhood, and it started around 7:30/8:00 AM, but was never a problem. As for location, I found it very convenient. To go to the Valley, you're just a short drive up to Mulholland and then over. Easy routes to everywhere on the west side. There's no truly ideal location in Los Angeles for exploring, but I feel this is one of the best located because no matter where you are, you're going to be in a car and that's just the reality of the city. It's truly a different experience than staying in a hotel - one that I always find much preferable, so I am very happy to recommend this charming guest house. I sure hope it's available when I return!"

  • PHENOMENAL PROPERTY

"This ultra luxe Bel Air home was perfect for my family's quick trip to LA. The house was spotless and everything was in order. We enjoyed all of the amenities and were flabbergasted by the view. My kids loved seeing a lot of great birds! We were lucky enough to see an Owl, Red Tail Hawks, and even a visit from a beautiful pair of Mallard ducks. I highly recommend this property. We will be back soon, Liza!"
