  • Great place, lovely and relaxed, awesome pool

"We stayed for a few days in early June. The place is super clean and really comfortable, no problems at all! Everything you need is here, its quite private, lovely places to sit outside, great garden - lots of sun loungers, fantastic day bed at the top of the garden with views across to the other side of the canyon. Overall really cant fault the place - perfect for a few days stay, in private, couple of minutes drive back down to the shops and bars at Topanaga"

  • Family Reunion

"We booked this wonderful beachfront home for our family reunion with cousins, and we had a great time enjoying the amenities and activities in and around this house. The kayaks and beach chairs provided tons of entertainment when the tide was high, and when the tide was low, the tide pools were a thrill . We even saw a baby sea lion! The beach and nearby walks - to Paradise Cove and Solstice Canyon - were great fun during the day. The BBQs and well stocked pantry made meals easy and simple to organize. The ample parking is a huge benefit, often difficult to find at these beachfront properties. The owners were very helpful in accommodating our requests, and made our family event a great experience for all."

  • Private, quiet, great location.

"Judi and Bob were great hosts, making sure I had everything I needed. The cottage was detached from the main house, private, quiet, clean and tidy. The location was about 5 minute drive from Zuma beach, and a few minutes further from the main shops and Point Dume Village in Malibu. Hiking trails are easily accessible, again a few minutes by car. At night it is dark and the view of the stars is incredible! I was there towards the end of August and did not need the fan. Thanks so much for a great stay! :D"

  • Unbelievable Vacation

""Walls of Glass" is an unbelievable place to stay for a family beach vacation. We were able to walk right into the house when we arrived by keying in the code that Don had programmed into the door locks. The house is beautiful with large windows and doors and panoramic views of the horizon and the waves crashing below. The housekeeper had the place spotless before we arrived. The house has a garage but it was so easy to just pull into the color coded parking place and then zip out later that we never used it. There is a full kitchen with a 12 cup programmable drip coffeemaker that works great. There are two clothes washers and two dryers in the garage. The beds are very comfortable. There are nice TVs in each bedroom and a huge TV in the den. There is a soundproofing wall between the house and Pacific Coast Highway. We tried to listen for traffic noise between the crashing of waves but couldn't hear any. We were there last week in mid July when the "heat dome" was over the country but the house was always cool with ocean breezes blowing through. We spent a lot of time on the beach and frequently were the only ones out there. The beach is really pretty. On Sunday morning after we arrived, we loaded up on fresh fruit and food from the Malibu Farmer's Market for the week. We had really good meals at the Reel Inn, Marmalade Cafe, Moonshadows, Duke's, Cafe Habana, Nobu, and Geoffrey's. We had pizza delivered from D'Amore's and ate on the balcony one night. The view was better than any oceanfront restaurant we tried during the week. This is really a great place. We can't wait to go back."
