  • Just what we needed

"The Guest House was just what we needed and the air-conditioning was really wonderful on the hottest day in the city. Sherri and Eric could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had no problem in coming in late at night with parking, which can be a big problem in North Hollywood. The best way to put our stay is. It was just like home, wish we were still there. Thank you Sherri and Eric for a wonderful stay."

  • Great property for vacation!!

"The property is centrally located and very close to most of the hot spots in LA like Universal studios, Hollywood Boulevard etc. The neighborhood is safe and the property is very well maintained. You will get a lot of privacy but Eric is readily available in case you need any help. He indeed is a great host. The place is ideal for families or individuals looking to stay at a central location and then explore LA. Highly recommend this!"

  • Comfortable House -- Close to Everything

"We stayed at the house over MLK weekend. Sarah was the perfect host -- she gave detailed instructions on how to work everything in the house and was immediately responsive when we had a question about something while we were there. The house was big enough for seven of us (three adults and four kids) to be comfortable and having the backyard and hot tub was a big plus (it was too cold for the pool). It was also very kid-friendly -- the kids really felt at home, as the house is a lot less formal than some other houses we have stayed at in the past. While there is not much to do right around the house, there is a park a few blocks away, a small farmer's market on Saturdays with a bouncy house for kids, and a grocery store less than a mile away. Also, the Metro line has a stop a few blocks away -- we found that very convenient for getting to Hollywood and the LA Science Museum, instead of driving in LA traffic. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in the North Hollywood area."
